AUNA CD-1000 DG Hi-Fi CD Player with USB, LED Display and Remote

With dimensions of 43L x 24.5W x 12.5H centimetres, the AUNA CD-1000 DG is a full-size Hi-Fi CD player with an aluminium front panel. Its understated black finish sits neatly within a home audio setup.

Play standard audio CDs, CD-Rs, CD-RWs and MP3 CDs. The front USB slot adds another connection for listening at home.

A clear LED display shows information such as the current track or time, while the supplied remote lets you manage playback from your seat.

Quick sizing guide

The player measures 43L x 24.5W x 12.5H centimetres, so its footprint is worth considering when arranging a Hi-Fi shelf or cabinet. The retractable CD slot keeps disc loading at the front, and the USB slot is also easy to reach there. This front-facing layout makes the main playback options accessible without needing to reach around the unit.

At 43 centimetres long, it is designed as a component for a home audio system rather than a small portable disc player. Its aluminium front panel and restrained black finish make it a straightforward match for a living-room Hi-Fi setup. If you are choosing between a dedicated disc player and a compact portable player, this model offers a more home-focused layout with a front display and connections for an audio system.

Strengths

The CD-1000 DG brings several disc formats together in one player: standard CDs, CD-R, CD-RW and MP3 CDs. That makes it useful for returning to a physical collection, including recordable discs, without limiting playback to standard commercial CDs. The USB slot provides an additional way to connect, giving you a choice of listening formats from the front of the unit.

The LED screen keeps track and time information visible during playback. For everyday listening, the remote control makes it easier to change tracks or adjust volume from your chair, controls are also available on the player itself. Connect the audio output to an amplifier, or use the coaxial or optical output when setting up a compatible audio system. Two-channel output supports a conventional stereo listening setup.
