Timink 48A CF248A Black Toner Cartridge, 2-Pack for LaserJet Pro

Choosing toner often comes down to keeping regular printing supplied or having a replacement ready when a cartridge runs out. This Timink 48A CF248A compatible toner comes as a two-cartridge pack, with black toner for compatible HP LaserJet printers and a stated yield of up to 1,000 pages per cartridge.

For a home office, small office or personal printer, having two cartridges on hand makes it easier to plan routine printing without ordering a single replacement each time.

Highlights

This pack contains two compatible black 48A toner cartridges for use with the listed HP LaserJet models. Each cartridge has a stated yield of up to 1,000 pages, giving you a clear reference point when planning documents such as forms, work materials and everyday paper printing. The single-colour laser format is suited to black-and-white output on plain paper.

The cartridge designation is CF248A, and the pack is intended as a replacement toner option rather than a printer. Buyers who prefer to keep a spare cartridge ready may find a two-pack more practical than sourcing replacements one at a time. Customer feedback highlights perceived value and print quality, while compatibility experiences are mixed, matching the printer’s exact model to the list below is a useful step before choosing.

How it fits

The cartridges are listed as compatible with the HP LaserJet Pro M15a, M15w, M16a and M16w, as well as the HP LaserJet Pro MFP M28a, M28w, M29a and M29w. They are designed for these printer families, so check the model name on your printer before selecting the toner. This helps distinguish between a compatible replacement and a cartridge intended for a different printer series.

If your printing routine is occasional, a single-cartridge replacement may suit your purchasing habits. If you use a compatible printer regularly at home or in a small office, the two-pack keeps a second cartridge available for the next change. The stated yield is up to 1,000 pages per cartridge, actual page use can vary with the documents being printed.

Tips for day-to-day use

Before installation, gently shake the cartridge to distribute the toner inside. Remove the sealing strip completely, then take off the protective orange cap and install the cartridge assembly in the printer. These steps help prepare the cartridge for use and are especially handy when setting up a replacement for the first time. A user manual is included with the two black toner cartridges.

For predictable supply planning, keep the second cartridge stored until it is needed and use the per-cartridge page yield as a guide rather than a guaranteed count. Text-heavy pages and other print jobs can use toner differently, so the amount of printing between replacements will depend on your documents.

Buying verdict

This Timink two-pack is suited to people who already use one of the listed HP LaserJet models and want compatible black toner for everyday home, personal or small-office printing. The practical draw is straightforward: two replacement cartridges in one pack, with a stated yield of up to 1,000 pages each. For regular black-and-white documents, it offers a ready-to-install supply option built around the CF248A cartridge designation.
