Poofata Y20S Cordless Robotic Pool Cleaner with 150-Minute Runtime

Pool maintenance can call for hands-on cleaning, or for a cleaner that handles debris while you focus on other tasks. The Poofata Y20S is a cordless robotic pool cleaner for above-ground and inground pools up to 1,100 sq. ft., combining a dual-motor system, two suction inlets and a long independent brush to capture dirt, leaves and other debris.

With up to 150 minutes of runtime, it can clean without a power cord or hose trailing through the pool area.

Who it’s for

The Y20S suits pool owners who want an automatic cleaning routine for an above-ground or inground pool up to 1,100 sq. ft. Its cordless design avoids the need for pumps, hoses and tangled cords during cleaning. Turn the cleaner on, submerge it, and the cleaning process begins automatically, making it a practical choice for regular upkeep without manually guiding a vacuum around the pool.

It’s also useful when convenience matters at the end of a cleaning cycle. When the battery is low, the robot automatically parks alongside the pool’s edge. The floating bracelet lets you pull it back out without getting into the water, which makes retrieval part of the product’s everyday use rather than a separate chore.

Strengths

The dual-motor system works with two suction inlets and a long independent brush to collect and filter dirt, leaves and other debris. Together, these components support a straightforward pool-cleaning task: the brush helps gather debris while the inlets draw it into the cleaner. This gives the Y20S a clear role in routine pool care, particularly when loose debris is the main concern.

A rechargeable 2500mAh 7-cell battery provides up to 150 minutes of runtime, with a stated recharge time of 3 hours. The cordless format means the cleaner can move through its automatic cycle without a hose or cord across the deck. Compared with a manual cleaning approach that requires someone to guide the vacuum, the Y20S handles the cleaning process after it is switched on and placed in the water.

The automatic parking feature adds a practical finishing touch. When battery power runs low, the cleaner moves to the pool edge, where it can be retrieved using the floating bracelet. A two-year product warranty is also included, alongside customer support.

Key takeaways

This is a self-starting, cordless robotic cleaner for above-ground and inground pools up to 1,100 sq. ft. Its dual motors, two suction inlets and independent brush are designed to capture and filter common pool debris, while the battery supports up to 150 minutes of cleaning per charge. The listed recharge time is 3 hours.

For a typical use, switch on the Y20S, submerge it and let its automatic cleaning cycle run. Once the battery is low, it parks alongside the pool edge for retrieval with the floating bracelet. That combination of automatic operation and easier retrieval can help make recurring pool cleanup simpler to fit into a household routine.

Buying verdict

A solid pick if you want a cordless cleaner that takes on pool debris automatically and is sized for pools up to 1,100 sq. ft. The Y20S brings together a dual-motor suction system, a long independent brush, up to 150 minutes of runtime and automatic edge parking. It’s a practical fit for pool owners looking to reduce hands-on vacuuming while keeping routine cleaning straightforward.
