Poetish 32900-MBT Smart Music Boxing Machine with Bluetooth and LED Targets

LED targets light up to guide each punch, turning a home boxing session into an interactive reaction workout. The machine counts successful hits, so you can follow your score as you move between targets.

Choose from 9 modes and 9 speed levels to set the pace. Start with a slower light sequence or select a faster one as you get comfortable with the drills.

Bluetooth music playback adds a soundtrack to your workout, while the included boxing gloves let you get started with the equipment provided.

Best use cases

This wall-mounted trainer is designed for home workouts where you want more direction than a standard punching bag provides. Instead of simply punching a fixed surface, you respond to illuminated targets and build a session around timing, hand-eye coordination and quick reactions. The hit count adds a simple way to keep track as you practise.

Use it for short rounds in a living room or garage, or fit it into a regular exercise routine. With 9 modes and 9 speed settings, the light sequence can be adjusted to suit different practice paces. The product is presented for adults and kids, making it a shared activity for households with different users. Set the mounting height to suit the person training, and play music over Bluetooth to make the session more engaging.

Why it makes sense

A traditional punching bag is suited to repeated strikes without changing targets. The Poetish trainer takes a more interactive approach: its lights direct your punches, and the machine registers successful hits. That makes it a practical choice for practising reactions as well as throwing punches, without needing to plan each sequence yourself.

The drill-free wall mounting is intended for smooth wall surfaces and uses double-sided tape and Velcro strips. This keeps the trainer off the floor and makes it easier to create a dedicated workout spot at home. Touch controls provide access to the unit’s functions, while 30 volume levels let you adjust its sound for your space. Boxing gloves are included.

Highlights

Bluetooth connectivity lets you play music from a connected device while training. The LED targets provide visual prompts, and the hit counter gives immediate feedback during a round. Choose among 9 modes and 9 speeds to vary the pace and keep practice responsive rather than repeating the same pattern every time.

Buyers describe the workout as enjoyable and often highlight its usefulness for cardio, along with the convenience of Bluetooth music and straightforward operation. Feedback about reliability and build quality is mixed, so individual experiences vary. Taken together, the interactive format and adjustable pace are the main reasons buyers use it to make home exercise more engaging.

Buying verdict

It suits you if you want a compact, wall-mounted way to practise punch timing and reactions at home, with music and adjustable light sequences built into the session. The combination of illuminated targets, hit counting, multiple modes and included gloves gives the workout a clear structure, whether you are setting up individual practice or an activity for adults and kids.
