PhysFlex HZIPKSPN2PC Patella Knee Brace, Adjustable Open-Design 2-Pack

Some shoppers want broad knee coverage, others prefer support focused around the kneecap. This PhysFlex two-pack takes the more targeted approach, with an open design and adjustable strap.

Need a brace you can adjust around the patellar area for different activities? The design is made for everyday movement as well as running, hiking, cycling, squats, basketball and volleyball.

The slim, breathable construction is designed to sit discreetly under clothing. Two braces are included, so the set provides a pair for use across both knees.

Quick sizing guide

The universal-fit design is intended for knee circumferences from 13 to 19 inches. Use that measurement to assess the fit before choosing this brace. Its adjustable strap lets you set the support around the kneecap, while the open design allows flexibility during movement. The brace is described for adults and is suitable for knee-focused use.

What stands out

This patellar tendon stabilizer is designed to support the kneecap and surrounding joints, with padding and an anti-slip design intended to help keep it secure as you move. That focused format can suit someone who wants support around the patella rather than a brace with a closed, full-knee design. For example, it can be worn for a hike or a workout where bending and movement are part of the activity.

The lightweight, breathable profile is designed for discreet wear beneath clothing, and the adjustable strap makes it possible to position the brace to your preferred level of support. It is intended for activities including running, hiking, cycling, squats, basketball and volleyball, as well as general knee support. Buyers have highlighted support and comfort, while feedback on fit and how securely the strap stays in place is mixed, taking the stated knee measurement and adjusting the strap carefully can help guide your fit choice.
