Nurse Badge Reel Holder with Retractable Pen

The retractable badge reel is designed to keep an ID close and accessible, so you can present your credentials without removing them from your uniform.

A pen is part of the same accessory, with folding scissors and a sticky note also named in the product description. That makes it a compact take-along set for routine workplace tasks.

It is described for use on scrubs, lab coats and uniforms, with a clip intended for everyday wear in busy healthcare settings.

Key specifications

This is a nurse badge reel holder paired with a retractable ball pen. The listing also names folding scissors and a sticky note, though it does not give dimensions, materials, the reel’s extension length or the exact package contents. Without that detail, it is hard to judge how the reel will feel on different garments or how much reach it provides.

The stated purpose is straightforward: keep an ID visible and within reach, while carrying a pen and a couple of small work essentials. The description calls the clip sturdy and says the accessory is designed for daily use, but gives no specific construction details to support a more precise durability comparison.

Who it’s for

This could suit nurses, nursing students, doctors, teachers and other staff who wear an ID and want it attached to a uniform. It is intended to clip onto scrubs, lab coats or similar work clothing, rather than serve as a general-purpose stationery set.

It suits you if you regularly need to show your ID and like having a retractable pen close at hand. For example, during a shift you could pull the badge forward to present it, then let the reel return it while keeping the pen available for a quick note. If you already carry a lanyard or badge reel, the listing says this accessory can be paired with one, though it does not explain how that setup works in practice.

It may not be the best choice if your priority is a specified reel length, a particular material or a pen with stated writing details: none are provided. Someone looking for a dedicated, highly specified pen or scissors may prefer to choose those items separately.

Everyday use

The appeal is in combining badge access with small everyday tools, rather than buying a badge clip alone. In a clinic or classroom, keeping the ID attached can make quick check-ins simpler, while the pen and sticky note are there for brief reminders or written details. The folding scissors are listed as part of the design, but their size and intended cutting capacity are not stated, so they should not be assumed to replace full-size scissors.

The product is identified as blue. Beyond that colour and the named components, there is little information to help compare its size or finish with other badge accessories. If those details matter for uniform comfort or a particular workplace policy, the listing leaves them unanswered.

Before you decide

Does it clip onto scrubs or a lab coat? The description says the clip is designed to attach to scrubs, lab coats and uniforms.

Is a pen included in the described set? The product name identifies a retractable ball pen alongside the badge reel. No details are given about its ink or writing tip.

How far does the reel extend? No extension length is stated, so the available reach cannot be assessed from the product details.

Final verdict

Choose this badge reel if you want an ID holder with a retractable pen and the listed small accessories in one blue design, and your main need is convenient access while wearing a uniform. The combination may be more useful than a basic badge clip for someone who also reaches for a pen during the day. Skip it if you need confirmed dimensions, material information or a specified reel reach before buying, those omissions make fit and day-to-day handling harder to judge.
