Lurxhome LH-0015-F Full-Size Metal Bed Frame, 4-Inch Low Profile

The 4-inch low-profile design keeps this Full-size bed frame close to the floor, creating a clean, minimal look and making it easier for children and pets to get on and off the bed. Its steel slat support provides a stable base for a compatible Full mattress, with no box spring needed.

A squeak-resistant construction helps keep the sleeping space quieter, while the short clearance makes routine floor cleaning more straightforward.

Fit and sizing

Made for a Full-size mattress, the frame offers a straightforward platform setup without a box spring. Its 4-inch height suits rooms where a low bed profile is part of the plan, including children’s bedrooms, guest rooms and apartments. The short under-bed space also means there is less room to reach beneath the frame, while sweeping and mopping around it remains simple.

If you are choosing between a taller bed frame and a floor-level look, this design keeps the mattress lower and gives the room a more minimal feel. The black painted finish and simple rectangular form work naturally with modern, industrial and minimalist décor.

Where it shines

The steel slats and reinforced support legs are designed to hold the mattress steadily. The listed 1,200 lb capacity gives a clear reference point when comparing platform frames, and the slat support means the mattress can sit directly on the frame without a box spring. This can simplify the bed setup while keeping the overall profile low.

The squeak-resistant construction is intended to reduce noise as sleepers move, making it a practical detail for shared homes and guest rooms. The frame is also designed to help protect hardwood floors from scuffs. For example, in a child’s room, the low height can make getting into bed easier, and the close-to-floor profile keeps everyday cleaning manageable.

Assembly is planned as a do-it-yourself task: the package includes assembly hardware and step-by-step instructions. That makes the frame a practical fit for setting up a bedroom in an apartment, dormitory or rental home without arranging professional assembly. It makes sense if a low-profile platform, direct mattress support and a simple black finish are priorities for the room.
