LCL LCLGMCABRLC103/3C3M3Y LC103 Ink Cartridge Set, 9-Pack, Cyan, Magenta & Yellow

This nine-cartridge colour set includes three cyan, three magenta and three yellow cartridges for compatible Brother inkjet printers. With three of each colour on hand, it offers a convenient way to replenish a colour printer without adding a black cartridge to the set.

The cartridges use dye-based ink, designed to absorb into paper for bright, glossy-looking colour. They’re suited to everyday printing on plain paper, from colour documents to graphics.

Usage tips

Match your printer’s model number to the compatibility list before choosing a replacement. This set is listed for models including the DCP-J132W, DCP-J152W, DCP-J172W, DCP-J4110DW, DCP-J552DW and DCP-J752DW, as well as MFC-J245, MFC-J285DW, MFC-J4310DW, MFC-J4410DW, MFC-J450DW, MFC-J4510DW, MFC-J4610DW, MFC-J470DW, MFC-J4710DW, MFC-J475DW, MFC-J650DW, MFC-J6520DW, MFC-J6720DW, MFC-J6920DW, MFC-J870DW and MFC-J875DW. Use the printer’s cartridge replacement procedure to install the matching colour when a cartridge needs changing.

For a home office printing a mix of colour pages, having three cartridges per colour makes it practical to keep cyan, magenta and yellow replacements together. The set is also a direct fit for shoppers looking to restock colour supplies as a group rather than selecting each colour separately.

Strengths

The three-of-each layout gives you a supply of all three listed colours in one purchase. Its stated page yield is 600 pages at 5% coverage for Letter/A4 paper, and the listed capacity is 10 mL for CMY. Actual page use varies with what you print, since pages with more colour coverage use more ink.

Dye-based ink is intended to produce vivid colour with a glossy finish as it is absorbed by the paper. That makes the set a useful match for routine colour printing where appearance matters, such as handouts, illustrations and other paper documents. Buyers also speak positively about colour quality and printer compatibility, and some appreciate being able to purchase colour cartridges as a set.

If you’re choosing between replacing one colour at a time and stocking a complete colour group, this pack takes the grouped approach: three cyan, three magenta and three yellow cartridges are together, ready for successive replacements.
