Lacidoll LCD-MH-2303-B-CA 8L Cool-Mist Humidifier, Top-Fill, Black

The 8L top-fill tank makes refilling straightforward, while its capacity supports humidification in spaces up to 800 sq. ft. Choose from three mist settings to suit the room and your routine.

A built-in humidity sensor lets you set a target from 45% to 95% in 5% steps. The humidifier pauses mist output when it reaches that target and starts again as humidity falls below it.

For bedrooms and shared living areas, the 360° nozzle directs cool mist where you want it. Touch controls and a remote make everyday adjustments easy from across the room.

Where it shines

This humidifier is designed for larger spaces, including bedrooms, living rooms, nurseries, offices and yoga rooms. Its stated coverage of up to 800 sq. ft. makes it a practical choice when you want one unit to serve a broad area rather than choosing a compact humidifier for a smaller room. The adjustable nozzle helps direct the mist around the space, and three output settings let you select low, medium or high mist.

Humidity control adds flexibility to daily use. Set a preferred level between 45% and 95%, the sensor manages mist output around that target. The manufacturer suggests an indoor humidity level of 45% to 60%. For a bedroom routine, the sleep mode switches off indicator lights, while the night light offers a softer glow. Operation is rated below 35 dB, and a 12-hour timer lets you schedule a period of use.

Key takeaways

The removable 8L tank fills from the top, and the unit also includes an essential oil tray for adding a few drops of your chosen oil. The aroma tray keeps that use separate from the water tank. A cool-mist ultrasonic design, adjustable humidity settings and remote or touch controls bring several day-to-day functions together in one floor-standing unit. Auto shut-off activates when the target humidity is reached or the water level is low.

For example, in a bedroom, you can set a humidity target, direct the nozzle away from the bed and use sleep mode to turn off the indicators. In a living room or office, the remote makes it convenient to adjust the settings without walking over to the unit. Its 8L capacity and larger-room coverage are especially relevant when comparing it with smaller, room-focused humidifiers.

Maintenance

The water pump and suction tube are removable, making them easier to access during cleaning. For users concerned about white dust, the manufacturer recommends filtered water. Add essential oils to the built-in aroma tray rather than the water tank, and use the top-fill opening when replenishing the water.
