Levoit OasisMist 1000S LUH-M101S-WUS Smart Cool-Mist Humidifier, 10 L

For a large room that needs steady humidity with fewer refills, the Levoit OasisMist 1000S combines a 10 L tank with smart controls. It’s designed to cover up to 600 ft² and run for up to 100 hours. The top-fill opening makes refilling and cleaning more straightforward. Auto, Plant, Aroma and Sleep modes let you tailor its operation to the room and routine.

Key points

This ultrasonic cool-mist humidifier pairs a tower format with a generous tank, so it can serve a bedroom or larger living space without frequent water top-ups. Its stated runtime is up to 100 hours, while the mist output is 350 mL/h. Actual runtime varies with use, but the long stated interval is useful when you want humidity support to continue between regular refills.

Control options include the VeSync app, voice control and a remote. In the app, you can set schedules and customize humidity, while Auto Mode offers a straightforward choice for everyday use. The wide top-fill opening supports one-step refilling and gives easier access for cleaning. The manufacturer also lists whisper-quiet operation at ≤ 28 dB, a practical detail for a bedroom or shared living area. Shoppers commonly highlight its ease of use, quiet operation and perceived effectiveness, views are mixed on reliability, leakage, cleaning and value.

Fit and sizing

The OasisMist 1000S measures 25.3D x 21.4W x 72.8H centimetres and has a rectangular tower shape in white. Its listed effective range is up to 600 ft², with a 10 L water capacity. Consider the height and footprint when choosing a spot, and place the unit where the mist can disperse into the room. The corded electric model is rated at 120 volts.

Best use cases

In a large bedroom, Auto Mode and remote or voice control make it easy to adjust operation without reaching for the unit. Sleep Mode is intended for overnight use, and the listed quiet-operation figure can help keep the humidifier suited to a resting space. For indoor plants, Plant Mode provides a dedicated operating option, the 10 L capacity and long stated runtime can also reduce how often you need to refill during the week.

Aroma Mode adds another option for routines such as a workout, while app scheduling helps set operation around daily habits. These modes make the unit more adaptable than a humidifier chosen for a single basic setting, especially when it will serve several uses in one room.

When it makes sense

Choose the OasisMist 1000S when you want a large-capacity humidifier for a bedroom or other room up to 600 ft², with app-based scheduling as well as remote and voice controls. Compared with a smaller-tank unit, its 10 L capacity and up-to-100-hour runtime are useful priorities when reducing refill frequency matters. Its top-fill design also suits regular use, where convenient refilling and access for cleaning are part of the routine. A solid pick if you want cool mist, multiple operating modes and smart control in one tower-style humidifier.
