ICEXSNOW silicone wiper blades, 24-inch
Product description
If you simply need replacement blades for a listed Mazda, this set focuses on a specific vehicle fitment rather than broad, one-size-fits-most coverage. It includes three silicone blades in the sizes shown in the product name, with a Top Lock connection. That may suit you if your CX-5 or CX-9 matches the stated years and connector, the main trade-off is that the listing does not establish compatibility with other vehicles or attachment types.
What to know
The stated fitment is Mazda CX-5 models from 2017 to 2023 and CX-9 models from 2016 to 2023. The product name gives the blade sizes as 24-inch and 18-inch, plus “14A”, it does not explain what the latter refers to, so don’t treat it as a confirmed size or connector specification. The set is described as having three blades and a Top Lock attachment.
The blades use silicone rubber, while the base is described as high-carbon steel. According to the manufacturer, the silicone is less prone to cracking and deformation than traditional wiper material, and the base is intended to flex against the windshield. Those are product claims, not a guarantee of streak-free wiping in every condition. Keep in mind that the listed fitment is vehicle- and year-specific, and the Top Lock connection matters: compare it with the blades currently on your vehicle before choosing this set.
How to use it
This is a replacement part for clearing the windshield, not a universal accessory. Before removing your existing blades, check their lengths and how they attach, that quick comparison can help avoid ordering a set that matches the vehicle name but not the connection. Once installed, you can judge the sweep in ordinary rain by looking for missed areas, chatter or persistent streaks. The listing makes no installation or care instructions available, so follow the vehicle’s guidance if you need help fitting or maintaining the blades.
Practical tips
A useful check is to compare the product’s stated fitment with your CX-5 or CX-9 model year, then confirm that the current blades use a Top Lock fitting. If you are standing beside the vehicle, note the old blade lengths before ordering rather than relying on memory. The product name lists 24-inch and 18-inch blades and identifies a set of three, but it does not clarify the role of “14A”, ask for that detail if it affects your fit decision.
For a rainy commute, the point of replacing worn blades is a clear sweep across the glass, especially when spray from traffic makes visibility harder. If you want blades for a vehicle outside the listed models, or your connector is different, a replacement selected specifically for that vehicle and fitting is the safer route. Three specific questions
Which vehicles are listed? The listing names the Mazda CX-5 from 2017 to 2023 and CX-9 from 2016 to 2023.
What sizes are stated? The product name shows 24-inch and 18-inch blades. It also includes “14A”, which is not explained in the supplied details.
What materials are specified? The blades are described as silicone rubber, with a high-carbon steel base.
In your case
This set is worth considering when your vehicle is a listed CX-5 or CX-9, the year falls within the stated range, and the existing blades use a Top Lock connection. If any of those details don’t match—or you need clarity on “14A”—choose only after confirming the fit. For a different Mazda or an unknown connector, a vehicle-specific replacement with clearly stated compatibility is a more dependable approach.
