GELRHONR GELRHONR-SpeakOn-XLR-Male SpeakOn to XLR Cable, 1.8 m

For audio setups that need to connect an XLR cable to a SpeakOn speaker cable, this GELRHONR extension provides male connectors at both ends for a direct link between compatible equipment.

At 1.8 m long, it gives you extra reach when arranging an amplifier, mixer or speaker in a home or professional audio setup.

A locking SpeakOn connector helps keep the connection secure, while the double-shielded, pure copper cable is designed for audio use across indoor and outdoor setups.

What stands out

This cable bridges a SpeakOn connection and a 3-pin XLR connection, making it useful when your audio equipment and existing cables use these different connector types. Its male-to-male layout is intended for connecting to compatible female sockets, including setups that link an XLR cable with a SpeakOn speaker cable.

The SpeakOn plug has an inner latch design to help hold the connection in place during use. That’s a practical detail for speaker setups that may be connected and repositioned as part of a live performance, studio arrangement or home PA system. Instead of replacing an existing cable run, you can use this extension to join the two connector formats.

Key points

• Connector layout: SpeakOn male to 3-pin XLR male
• Length: 1.8 m
• Cable: 15 AWG pure copper wire with double shielding
• Outer layer: PVC
• Recommended use: Professional and home audio setups
• Suitable settings: Indoor and outdoor use

Who it’s for

Choose this cable when your setup calls for a SpeakOn-to-XLR connection, such as linking compatible amplifiers, speakers, mixer boards, junctions or preamps. It can also suit stage speakers, stage monitors, subwoofers and home speaker arrangements when their available connections match the cable’s male plugs.

For example, in a small PA setup, the 1.8 m length can help connect an XLR cable to a SpeakOn speaker cable while giving you some flexibility in equipment placement. The locking SpeakOn plug supports a steadier connection, and the PVC outer layer is designed to resist wear through regular handling. Check that the equipment sockets match the male connectors before connecting.

Buying verdict

This is a focused cable for audio users who need a male SpeakOn-to-male XLR link, rather than a cable with matching connectors at both ends. Its 1.8 m length, 3-pin XLR plug, locking SpeakOn connector and shielded pure copper wire make it suited to compatible live, studio and home audio arrangements. If your equipment requires this connector combination, it offers a straightforward way to connect the two parts of your setup.
