Flooyes RS003 Stepping Stones for Kids, 6-Piece Light-Up Musical Set

The six-piece format gives children several stepping stones to arrange into a path, a balance challenge or an obstacle course. Use the set indoors or outdoors to bring movement into everyday play.

Each stone lights up with colourful flashes and plays musical notes when gently stepped on. The lights and sounds make the activity more sensory and engaging than a simple stepping path.

Designed for children aged 3 to 5, the set also includes a spinner for choosing a colour to jump to. It’s a playful way to practise balance and coordination while keeping active.

What matters most

Flooyes combines six stepping stones with light and music, turning walking, hopping and jumping from one stone to another into an interactive game. The non-slip rubber bases help keep the stones steady during play, while the varied arrangement lets children make a route that suits the space. Set them up as a straightforward path for practising balance, or spread them out to create a more active obstacle course.

The included spinner adds a simple game element: arrange the stones, spin, then move to the colour it indicates. This gives children a playful prompt to follow and makes it easy to take turns with family or friends. Compared with plain stepping stones, this set adds colour, sound and a spin-to-play activity, for a quieter movement activity, a basic path without lights or music may better suit the moment.

How to use it

Place the stones on a suitable indoor or outdoor play area, then arrange them for the activity you have in mind. Children can walk, hop or jump between them, or use the spinner to choose which colour to reach next. Each stone uses two AAA batteries, which are not included. The light and music features activate when a stone is gently stepped on, adding immediate feedback as children move through the course.

Getting the most from it

Change the layout to keep the activity fresh: bring the stones closer for a simple stepping route or space them out to create a more energetic challenge. The set is suited to active, screen-free play and can be used for solo movement or turn-taking games. That makes it practical for a playroom, an indoor activity area or outdoor play, with the same stones supporting balance practice and imaginative course-building.

Buyers commonly describe the set as engaging for energetic children and appreciate its music and solid stepping feel. Feedback is more mixed on reliability, battery life and size, so the strongest appeal is the interactive play format rather than a promise of a particular long-term experience.

Should you buy it?
