EXZHIG Bluetooth Calling Smartwatch, 1.83-inch HD Touchscreen, IP68, 120+ Sports Modes

If you want calls, notifications and everyday activity tracking on your wrist, this EXZHIG smartwatch brings those functions together. Its 1.83-inch touchscreen is customizable with built-in faces or your own photos. Bluetooth calling and smartphone notifications make it more connected than a basic step tracker. The listed sports modes cover a range of activities, though the available details don’t explain how much workout analysis each mode provides.

Pros

The built-in microphone and speaker let you answer or make calls from the watch when it is connected to your smartphone. That can be useful when your phone is not in hand, such as while cooking. It can also show notifications from services including Facebook, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Instagram, so you can check for updates without immediately picking up your phone.

For everyday wellness tracking, the watch records heart rate, sleep, steps, distance and calories, with stress monitoring also listed. Its screen supports touch controls, music playback and control, weather information, alarms, a stopwatch, breathing training and camera control. You can choose from more than 100 built-in watch faces or upload a photo to personalize the display.

Buyer feedback highlights the range of functions, ease of setup and use, readable screen and battery life of several days. Some buyers also speak positively about the fitness tracking. These are individual impressions rather than a guarantee of accuracy or battery performance for every user, the product listing gives an active-use estimate of 5–7 days.

Best use cases

This model suits day-to-day use when you want a mix of wrist-based calls, phone notifications and basic activity records rather than a watch focused only on counting steps. For example, it could keep call access and workout tracking together during a walk, while the phone remains connected. Its variety of listed sports modes may also appeal if you switch between activities such as cycling and yoga.

Compared with a simpler fitness band, the EXZHIG puts more emphasis on communication, watch-face customization and extra phone-linked functions. The listing does not provide detail on the depth of training analysis, so buyers choosing specifically for detailed workout insights may want to weigh that information gap. The IP68 rating is stated, but the description only names sweat and rain as exercise scenarios, it doesn’t specify other water activities.

Practical questions

Can I make calls from the watch? Yes. It has a built-in microphone and speaker for calls when connected to a smartphone over Bluetooth.

Which phones are listed as compatible? The product details specify iOS 9.0+ and Android 5.0+ smartphones.

Can I change the watch’s media volume? The manufacturer’s instructions say to open the Da Fit app, go to Settings, then Calls, and adjust the media playback volume setting.

When it makes sense

It makes sense if you want a large touch display, phone-linked calling and notifications, and a selection of everyday health and activity records in one wearable. It might not be a great match if you need clearly documented detail about workout-analysis depth or water use beyond the sweat and rain scenarios described. If you prioritize a watch that mainly tracks steps, a simpler band may be enough, this one is better suited to someone who will also use its calling, notification and customization features.
