Razer Basilisk V3 Pro 35K RZ01-05240200-R3U1 Wireless Gaming Mouse, White
Product description
How it fits
The configurable HyperScroll Tilt Wheel switches between tactile steps and free-spin scrolling, with Smart-Reel available to change modes according to scroll speed. That gives the Razer Basilisk V3 Pro 35K a practical edge for moving through long pages or adjusting how scrolling feels during a game. Its right-handed ergonomic shape includes a thumb rest, while 13 controls can be assigned commands or macros.
It’s a good fit if you want a wireless gaming mouse with plenty of input options and adjustable scrolling, rather than a simpler mouse with only the standard buttons. The white finish and customizable Chroma lighting also give it a more personalized look, though lighting is an extra feature rather than a reason on its own to choose it.
Why it makes sense
The Focus Pro 35K Optical Sensor Gen-2 offers 1-DPI step adjustments, and the manufacturer describes tracking support across a wider range of surfaces, including glass. The three connection options—HyperSpeed Wireless, Bluetooth and wired USB-C—make it easier to choose between wireless use and a cable connection. Battery life is listed as up to 140 hours on 2.4 GHz or 210 hours on Bluetooth, actual experience can vary, and buyers report mixed impressions of battery life.
Would the extra controls be useful in your regular games or work? The multi-function trigger and customizable buttons can be assigned actions such as push-to-talk or ping, while Synapse 4 is used to change mappings, macros, scrolling and lighting. If you want a basic mouse that needs little setup, those customization options may be more than you need. The 8,000 Hz polling rate also requires a separately sold Mouse Dock Pro or HyperPolling Wireless Dongle.
Buyer feedback is positive about the ergonomic shape, thumb rest and functionality, but experiences aren’t uniform. Some users mention awkward or loose-feeling button placement, and opinions also differ on weight, responsiveness and battery life. That makes the layout worth considering if you rely on the side controls or prefer a particularly light-feeling mouse.

Final verdict
The Basilisk V3 Pro 35K suits players who want a right-handed shape, flexible scrolling and many assignable controls in one wireless mouse. Its different connection modes and adjustable sensor settings add useful choice, but the setup is most worthwhile if you plan to use those options. Consider another design if your priority is a simpler button layout or a lighter mouse, feedback on weight and button placement is mixed.
