ETDW Large Sports Water Bottle with Straw, Time Markers and Locking Lid

For anyone building a more regular hydration routine, this ETDW sports bottle puts timed reminders right on the bottle. Its straw and pop-up silicone nozzle make sipping convenient during workouts or outdoor activities. A carrying handle and woven strap help with taking it along. The wide mouth also makes it easy to add ice or fruit.

Key features

Eight printed time markers run from 7 am to 9 pm, giving you a visible prompt to drink throughout the day. This can be useful when you’re focused on a workout, work task or outdoor activity and don’t want to rely on memory alone. The straw lets you drink without tipping the bottle, while the one-click pop-up nozzle offers another way to sip.

The wide opening gives you room to add ice cubes, lemon or other fruit, and makes filling straightforward. The bottle is made from PETG and is described as BPA-free. A lockable lid, carrying handle and nylon woven strap support day-to-day transport between home, the gym and outdoor plans.

Buyers often appreciate the large format for keeping water close at hand and the straw brush for cleaning. Feedback is mixed on durability, the handle and leakage, so experiences with those aspects vary. Compared with carrying a smaller bottle and refilling it more often, this format keeps a larger supply nearby, a compact bottle may be easier to carry when space is the priority.

Usage tips

Use the time markers as prompts rather than a substitute for your own hydration needs. For a gym session, fill the bottle before leaving, then keep it beside your workout area so the straw and reminders are within easy reach. The same setup can suit a desk or an outdoor outing where having water nearby is useful.

For a flavoured drink, add fruit or ice through the wide opening. The bottle is fridge-safe, which is handy when you want to chill it before use. Hand-wash the bottle and use the included brush to clean the straw. It is not dishwasher-safe, and the product guidance says not to use hot liquids or drop the bottle.

How to use it

Open the lid to fill the bottle, add ice or fruit if desired, then close and lock it before carrying. To drink, use the straw or press the pop-up nozzle. Keep the bottle upright in transit and check that the lid is closed securely, this is a practical way to help prevent spills while moving between activities.

After use, empty the bottle and hand-wash it. Clean the straw with the brush, then let the parts dry before storing. These straightforward steps make it easier to keep a reusable bottle ready for regular use at the gym, during sports or at home.

Buying verdict

It’s a good fit if you want hydration reminders built into a reusable sports bottle, along with a straw for easy sipping and a wide opening for ice or fruit. The timed markers offer a simple visual routine, while the handle and strap make it practical to bring along. Choose it for keeping water close during fitness, yoga or outdoor activities, with the reminder-and-straw combination at the centre of its appeal.
