Requirements

This bottle is designed for reusable hydration during fitness and everyday activities. Hand wash it for care, and use the wide mouth to access the interior when cleaning. The time markers and motivational wording are there to prompt regular drinking, they offer a visual reminder rather than a measurement of how much water a person needs.

The Tritan construction is BPA-free, and the bottle is intended for repeated use as an alternative to single-use bottles. For carrying, close the flip-top and engage its safety lock. The design also includes a wrist strap, which gives you another way to hold the bottle while moving between a workout, class or desk.

Everyday use

At the gym, the one-handed button opening makes it easy to take a drink between exercises. Air holes in the lid support a quick flow, while the silicone spout is designed for sipping or a faster stream without lifting the bottle to drink. The splash-proof lid and time markings make it equally suited to keeping nearby at a desk or packing for school and outdoor plans.

The wide-mouth format brings a practical advantage over bottles with a narrower opening: it provides easier access for cleaning. The bottle’s stated leakproof design and locking flip-top are useful details for day-to-day carrying. Buyer feedback often highlights the appearance, colour, size and ease of use. Experiences with sealing and durability are mixed, so these impressions are best understood as individual experiences rather than a guarantee of performance.

What makes this format useful for a busy schedule? It combines a visual hydration prompt with a convenient drinking lid, so the bottle can stay in use across different parts of the day instead of being reserved for workouts alone.

Before you decide

What do the time markers do? They provide timestamps and motivational prompts as a visual reminder to drink throughout the day.

What is the bottle made from? It is made from Tritan and is described as BPA-free.

How should it be cleaned? Hand washing is recommended. The wide-mouth opening gives you access to the interior during cleaning.

Its one-touch lid, silicone spout, safety lock and wide mouth support convenient use at the gym, at school or at work, while the Blue Waves colour adds a clear personal touch.
