Getting the most from it

The 6-inch chain is suited to branch trimming and smaller wood-cutting jobs, including routine garden maintenance and pruning in orchards, greenhouses, parks or on a property. For example, it can help cut back branches during a tidy-up without bringing a larger saw out for every task. Its compact handheld format also suits people who want a cordless tool for targeted cuts rather than a full-size chainsaw for broader cutting work.

The saw starts when the safety switch and power button are pressed together. Goggles and cut-resistant gloves are included for use during cutting. The manufacturer recommends adding lubricant every 1–2 hours of use and identifies Oregon 54-059 chain oil as a recommended option. The chain is made from high-carbon steel with an anti-rust coating, regular cleaning and lubrication help care for it, particularly after exposure to damp conditions.

Buyer feedback highlights the compact size, ease of use and usefulness for smaller cutting jobs. Experiences are mixed, however, with some buyers reporting battery or durability concerns. The supplied configuration lists two batteries, and the listed battery capacity is 21V 2000mAh per battery.
