SoarFly YX01-24 3/8-Inch Digital Torque Wrench Set, 220 N·m, ±1%

For automotive repair that calls for controlled tightening, the SoarFly YX01-24 combines a digital torque wrench with useful socket-drive adapters. Would a live reading and clear alert make each fastening step easier to manage? Its LCD, lights and buzzer provide feedback as you work. The kit also includes a carry pouch for keeping the tool and accessories together.

Tips for day-to-day use

Choose a target torque for the job and use Preset Mode to store settings you return to regularly. The wrench can save up to 10 torque presets, so switching between tasks such as lug nuts, spark plugs and chassis bolts is straightforward. Real-Time Mode displays the reading as you tighten, while Peak Mode records the highest torque applied. These options let you use the tool for different stages of automotive work without treating every task the same way.

The LED and buzzer alerts add another cue while tightening: the wrench signals at 80% and 90% of the target, then gives a steady tone and red light at 100%. That feedback can help you follow progress without keeping your eyes on the display throughout the task. The reversible drive is operated with a switch, and the LCD shows the current torque, target, peak reading and battery level. Follow the user manual before use, and remove the batteries if storing the wrench unused for an extended period.

Why it makes sense

A digital readout offers a different approach from a click-only torque wrench: you can watch the value change and receive light and sound cues as you approach your target. The set’s 3/8-inch drive is supplied with a 3-inch extension bar and adapters for 1/4-inch and 1/2-inch drives, giving you more socket-drive options with one wrench. A carry pouch keeps the components together between jobs, whether the tool is used in a home garage or packed away with automotive equipment.

Buyers have highlighted the wrench’s operation and the usefulness of its side digital stop light. Those points align with the tool’s practical focus: readable torque information paired with alerts during tightening. For repeated jobs, the stored presets and memory for up to 400 readings add a convenient way to retain settings and recorded values.

Key features

The wrench has a stated torque range of 0 to 220 N·m or 0 to 162.1 lb-ft, with ±1% precision. Its three modes cover preset targets, peak capture and live torque readings. The display supports five measurement units, allowing you to select a unit for the task instead of working through manual conversions. The included kit contains the 3/8-inch digital torque wrench, 3-inch extension bar, 1/4-inch and 1/2-inch adapters, carry pouch, two AA batteries and user manual.

For ongoing accuracy, the manufacturer recommends recalibration every 12 months or 5,000 cycles. The wrench runs on two AA batteries and automatically shuts down after five minutes of inactivity to conserve power.

Before you decide
