CIMELR HJ-XKD09 Galaxy Projector with Bluetooth Speaker, White Noise and Remote

Set a colourful ceiling scene for bedtime, quiet reading or a movie night with the CIMELR HJ-XKD09. Its aurora and star effects bring moving light into the room, while built-in audio adds another layer to the atmosphere.

This three-in-one projector combines a night light, Bluetooth speaker and white-noise machine. Choose from 14 northern lights effects, then adjust the effect, brightness and speed to suit the moment.

Use the remote to change settings from across the room, or pair a phone with the built-in Bluetooth 5.0 speaker. It’s a compact tabletop light for a bedroom, children’s room or shared living space.

Worth noting

The projector offers more than a fixed night-light display. Its 14 aurora effects let you vary the look, and sound activation mode makes the lights respond to music when Bluetooth audio is playing. That gives the same device a calmer role at bedtime and a more lively feel for a small gathering or home-theatre evening.

Eight built-in sounds provide another option when you want audio without streaming from a phone. They include ocean waves, rain, a stream, a summer night and a music box. The remote controls the light, brightness, speed, music and volume, so you can make adjustments without reaching for the projector. A sleep timer can be set for one or two hours, the light also shuts off automatically after four hours if no timer is selected.

Buyers often praise the colourful appearance and relaxing effect, and some say children enjoy watching the display. Feedback on the sound and remote is mixed, so those features are best considered as useful added controls and ambience options rather than the sole reason to choose the projector.

Size & fit

Measuring 17.3 x 12 x 11.1 cm and weighing 480 g, the projector is sized for a tabletop, bedside surface or shelf. Its polished black-and-galaxy look suits a bedroom or living area where the projected effects can become part of the room’s evening lighting. The package includes a power cable and remote control.

For setup, connect the Type-C cable to a 5V 2A power adapter, as specified for this projector. Place it on a stable surface and aim the light towards the ceiling to create the aurora display overhead.

Everyday use

For a bedtime routine, select a softer light effect, lower the brightness and choose one of the built-in sounds, then set the timer before settling in. During a family evening, Bluetooth pairing lets you play music from a phone, while sound activation adds movement to the projected lights. The remote makes it easier to switch between these uses without interrupting the moment.

Compared with choosing a separate projector, speaker and white-noise machine, this model brings all three functions into one tabletop unit. That combined format is especially practical when you want adjustable ceiling effects and built-in audio in the same spot.

Should you buy it?

The CIMELR HJ-XKD09 is a good fit for anyone looking to add adjustable aurora lighting to a bedroom or shared room, with Bluetooth playback and soothing sounds available in the same device. Its range of light effects, remote controls and timed shutoff make it easy to tailor the atmosphere for winding down, family time or a music-led evening.
