Oura Ring 4 JZ90-57459-12 Ceramic Petal Smart Ring, Size 12
Product description
Continuous tracking in a screen-free ring makes it easier to follow sleep, activity and heart-rate trends throughout the day and overnight. The Oura Ring 4 in Ceramic Petal combines those insights with a zirconia ceramic finish and a battery life of up to eight days, so it suits routines where a discreet wearable is more practical than a device with a display.
For a night of sleep tracking, a training session or a regular day on the move, it brings several health measures together in one wearable. It works with iOS and Android devices through Bluetooth, choose it for ongoing tracking rather than a screen-based wearable designed for viewing information on your wrist.
The essentials
Oura’s Smart Sensing tracks more than 50 health metrics, including sleep, activity, stress, heart rate, blood oxygen and calories burned. That breadth helps you see different parts of your routine together, from overnight sleep duration to activity during the day. The ring has no display or vibrations, keeping its focus on collecting data rather than interrupting you with on-device prompts.
The Ceramic Petal finish is made from zirconia ceramic, with a soft pink colour that gives the ring a distinct look. It is designed for everyday wear and is water resistant to 100 metres. A battery life of up to eight days means fewer charging breaks in a typical tracking routine, while Bluetooth connects it with compatible Android and iOS devices.
How it fits
This is the size 12 version of the Oura Ring 4, for adult wearers. Oura ring sizes differ from standard ring sizes, so use the Oura Ring 4 Sizing Kit to find your fit before ordering. That practical step helps you select the correct size for a wearable intended to stay on through sleep, exercise and everyday activities.
The ring’s rounded form and Ceramic Petal colour make it a wearable accessory as well as a health tracker. Customers often praise its appearance and find the colour appealing, feedback on its bulk and reliability is mixed. Reports on durability and battery life also vary, with some buyers pleased and others raising concerns about scratches or shorter battery life.
