ZICOTO zic-mfilebox2-ivory-243 Linen File Organizer Boxes, Set of 2

For keeping paperwork together on a shelf or near a home-office desk, the ZICOTO file organizer set offers two covered boxes with built-in rails for hanging files. Its ivory linen exterior gives document storage a more decorative look than a basic plastic file crate.

Each box is listed at 15.4" L x 12.4" W x 10" H. Handles make the boxes easier to move, and the collapsible design lets you fold them flat when they are not in use.

One detail matters if you plan to use hanging folders: the lid will not close completely in that setup. The boxes are also not water resistant, so they are intended for indoor storage away from moisture.

Key specifications

• Brand: ZICOTO
• Set size: 2 boxes
• Material and color: Linen, ivory
• Dimensions: 15.4" L x 12.4" W x 10" H

The rails are designed to support hanging files, while the card slots provide a place to label what each box holds. The reinforced bottom and handles suit moving files between a shelf and a work area, the stackable shape can also help use vertical shelf space. For documents that need protection from dust, the lids offer a cover, but they should not be treated as a seal against spills or damp conditions.

Who it’s for

These organizers make sense for someone sorting household paperwork, folders, letters, or office supplies and who wants storage that can be carried or put away between uses. They can also hold other items named for this product, including books, photos, clothes, toys, and general office supplies. A practical setup might be one box for active paperwork and the other for records that are accessed less often.

You’ll appreciate it if you want a fabric-covered alternative to a plain file crate, with rails for hanging files and the option to collapse the boxes when storage needs change. Buyers often praise the boxes for organizing paperwork and describe them as sturdy, while feedback is mixed on how securely hanging folders stay in place and how the lid fits. Those differences make the fit of your folders and your preferred lid arrangement worth considering before relying on them for a particular filing system.

What you get

The set includes two linen file boxes with lids, built-in handles, card slots, and slide rails. No assembly is required. The manufacturer describes them as suitable for letter- or legal-size files, but the stated dimensions are the clearest guide for deciding whether they will fit your shelf or storage area. When using hanging files, expect the lid to remain partly open rather than closing all the way.

Should you buy it?

Choose this set if you want portable, collapsible document storage with a softer decorative appearance than a rigid plastic bin, and you will use it in a dry indoor space. It brings together everyday file organization and flexible storage for other household items, rather than focusing only on a heavy-duty filing cabinet setup. Not the best choice if your priority is keeping hanging folders fully covered by a closed lid, or if the boxes will be exposed to moisture. Before assigning files, consider whether the listed dimensions and the mixed buyer feedback on folder stability match the way you plan to organize them.
