XiaZ tie out cable for dog, 50 ft Reflective Stainless Steel Dog Tie-Out

The 50 ft reflective, vinyl-coated cable gives dogs room to move outdoors while its locking clips help keep the line secured. Stainless steel wire rope provides the cable’s core, making this XiaZ tie-out a practical way to set up a defined roaming area in a yard, garden, park, or campsite.

A 360-degree swivel at each clip lets the connection turn as a dog moves, helping the line move with them. The silver cable is sized for dogs up to 250 lb, according to the product listing.

Highlights

The cable combines stainless steel wire rope with a vinyl coating, while the hardware is made from zinc alloy. The coating is described as helping protect against rain and rust, and its reflective finish can make the line easier to see in low light. That visibility is useful when an outdoor setup remains in place into the evening or when the cable crosses a frequently used area.

Locking clasps and dual-fixed clasp construction are designed to keep the connection secured. The clips also swivel 360 degrees, so the attachment can rotate as a dog changes direction. Together, these details make the cable suited to outdoor use where a dog needs some freedom to move within a designated area. The listed pull strength is up to 5 kN, based on a professional tensile test.

How to use it

Choose an outdoor space where the cable can provide a clear, usable path, then connect its clips to the tie-out setup. The 50 ft length offers more range than a short lead, making it useful when you want a dog to move around a yard or campsite rather than remain close to one spot. Keep the cable’s route in mind when placing it so it can move freely as the dog changes direction. Its swivel clips are designed to rotate during movement, while the locking clasps help maintain the connection.

Best use cases

At home, the cable can create a defined area for outdoor time in a yard or garden. On a camping trip or visit to a park, its 50 ft reach can give a dog space to move around the chosen tie-out area. The reflective coating is a practical detail for settings with low light, and the silver finish makes the line visually distinct from its surroundings.

Compared with choosing a shorter tie-out for close, stationary use, this cable makes more sense when the setup needs a longer reach. Its listed 250 lb capacity and stainless steel construction suit shoppers looking for a cable for small, medium, or large dogs, while the locking, swiveling clips add useful flexibility to the attachment. A solid pick if you want a long outdoor line with reflective coating and rotating clips for yard time, camping, or park visits.
