WATERGLIDE Orange 2-Pack LED String Lights, 16-Foot, 8 Modes

Each orange WATERGLIDE string has a 16-foot lighted section and 17 feet of total length, including the lead wire. The two-pack gives you a pair of battery-powered strands, each with 50 LEDs, for seasonal decorating where an outlet may not be convenient.

Eight lighting modes let you choose between steady light and several moving or flashing effects. A built-in timer runs the lights for six hours, then switches them off for 18 hours before repeating the cycle. The strands are rated IP44, but they are not designed to be submerged.

Fit and sizing

Each strand has 50 orange LEDs across a 16-foot lighted section, with a one-foot lead from the battery box to the first light. The listed total length is 17 feet per strand. That gives you room to outline a window, dress a wreath or small tree, or add color to a patio display without relying on a nearby outlet. The battery boxes also make placement more flexible than a plug-in string, though you’ll need to provide the batteries.

It’s a great fit if you want orange accent lighting for Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, a wedding, or another gathering. For a larger area or a more continuous run, consider whether two separate battery-powered strands provide the coverage you need.

Why it’s worth it

The practical draw is the combination of color, selectable effects, and scheduled operation. Press the button on the battery box to choose among combination, wave, sequential, slow glow, chasing/flash, slow fade, twinkle/flash, and steady-on modes. Set the timer by turning the lights on, the six-hours-on, 18-hours-off cycle then repeats without a daily reset.

Buyer feedback highlights the bright orange glow, simple operation, and usefulness on wreaths and door decorations. Comments about lifespan are mixed: some buyers say the lights last through repeated seasonal use, while others report a much shorter working life. That variability is worth considering if you need dependable lighting for a long, uninterrupted display.

What to clarify

Are batteries included? No. The product requires 3 AA batteries, which are not included.

How does the timer work? Turn the lights on in any mode to start the six-hour-on, 18-hour-off cycle. The cycle repeats automatically.

Can the lights be placed underwater? No. The IP44 rating supports normal outdoor use, but the lights and battery box should not be submerged.

Is it worth it?

Choose this set for flexible orange accent lighting, multiple display effects, and a timer in a two-strand battery-powered format. It suits wreaths, windows, small trees, and seasonal outdoor decorations where a plug-in setup is less convenient. The key trade-offs are the need to supply alkaline batteries, the non-replaceable LEDs, and mixed buyer reports about lifespan. If your display needs lights that can be immersed or repaired bulb by bulb, look for a different design.
