Tidita Acacia Wood Stove Top Cover, 30" x 22" with Metal Handles
Product description
A kitchen that needs extra prep room has different priorities from one where the cooktop should stay clear and ready to use. The Tidita stove top cover adds a flat surface when the stove is cool, and its acacia wood construction and metal handles make it practical to move when you need the burners again.
It can also sit over a sink to extend a work area, or serve as a display or appetizer board. Fit and care requirements matter before choosing it.
Size & fit
The cover measures 30" x 22" on the outside, with an inner size of 28.9" x 20.8". Check the cooktop and burner-grate dimensions against that inner measurement before buying, the product information specifies that the gas stove grate must be smaller than 28.9" x 20.8". It is described as compatible with gas and electric stovetops, but the listed measurements are the useful check for your particular setup.
For a practical kitchen routine, place it over the cooled stove when you want a temporary surface for prep or serving, then lift it away by the metal handles before cooking. The cover should not be put back over a hot stove. Its rectangular shape and 2.49" thickness are also relevant if you plan to store it between uses or place it over a sink.
Benefits
Acacia wood gives the cover a natural wood surface, while the handles provide a way to carry and reposition it. Six ventilation holes are included to disperse residual heat after cooking. Non-skid pads are named in the product listing, though their exact placement and dimensions are not specified.
The appeal is flexibility rather than a dedicated cutting-board setup: it can create a temporary surface over the stove or sink, and the listing also describes using it as a food riser, display surface, or charcuterie board. That makes it useful when countertop space is at a premium or when one accessory needs to serve both everyday and hosting purposes. Unlike a simple cover intended only to keep a cooktop out of sight, this one is presented for several kitchen and serving roles.
The wood does need considerate care. Hand wash only, keep hot or wet items off the surface, and use coasters or trivets to protect it from heat and moisture. A solid pick if you want a movable wood surface for a cooled cooktop and occasional serving. It’s not for you if you need a surface that can take hot cookware directly.

Buying verdict
This cover makes the most sense for a kitchen where occasional extra surface area is more useful than leaving the cooktop uncovered at all times. Its handles, ventilation holes, and multiple suggested uses give it more flexibility than a cover meant only for storage or appearance. The main decision is fit: measure the relevant stove area and compare it with the inner dimensions before relying on it as a cover. Also plan to use a trivet for hot cookware and keep moisture away from the wood. If those checks suit your routine, it can serve as a removable prep or serving surface as well as a stove cover.
