TEENO TEENO-5567 Compact Wood Router, 6-Speed, 15-Bit Set

Tips for day-to-day use

Built with a solid aluminum body and an aluminum alloy base, the TEENO-5567 is designed for routing tasks such as trimming edges, cutting grooves, chamfering, and shaping curves. Six speed settings span 13,000–33,000 RPM, so you can select a speed suited to the material and task. The soft-start function helps the router start more smoothly, while the depth adjustment and quick-lock system make it easier to set up a cut and change the base.

For straight runs and circles, use the straight guide, for curved edges, the roller guide follows the curve. The included dust collection port helps gather debris as you work. Wear safety glasses and hearing protection when operating the router.

Benefits

This router brings several common woodworking tasks into one compact tool. The bit assortment includes straight, V-groove, dovetail, and round profiles, giving you options for edging, grooves, decorative details, and other cuts without relying on a single cutter style. Pair a bit with the straight guide for a controlled line or circle, or use the roller guide to follow a curved edge. That makes the setup useful for cabinet work, craft projects, surface treatment, and shaping wood, veneers, or plastic boards.

The aluminum construction provides a sturdy working base, while the rubberized soft-grip handle is designed to support comfortable control. Buyers often praise its ease of control, cutting power for trimming, and useful accessory selection. Feedback on durability is mixed, so the tool is best considered in light of the specific work you plan to do rather than as a guarantee of performance for every project.

When it makes sense

Choose this router when you want one tool for both guided edge work and varied routing details, with bits and guides supplied for several approaches. A basic setup focused only on occasional straight trimming may call for a simpler selection of accessories, this kit makes more sense when you expect to switch between straight cuts, curves, grooves, and decorative profiles. The external carbon-brush access also makes brush replacement convenient, and the canvas bag provides a place to store and carry the tool and accessories. A solid pick if your woodworking projects call for adjustable speed, guided cuts, and a range of bit profiles in one kit.
