Swihorab Silicone Appliance Mat 19.7 x 19.7 Inches

A small appliance can leave condensation, drips, or scuffs on the floor, especially in a busy kitchen or laundry area. This silicone mat creates a contained surface beneath compact equipment.

Its raised edge is intended to hold spills instead of letting them spread straight onto the floor.

The square footprint also gives you a defined space for a mini fridge or compact washer, without taking up the area a larger appliance mat might need.

Key specifications

The mat measures 19.7 x 19.7 inches and is made from flexible, non-porous silicone. A textured surface is designed to help limit sliding, while the raised perimeter measures 0.8 inches high. The stated uses include mini fridges, compact washing machines, coffee makers, and water dispensers. It can also serve as a pet food mat, sink-side drying pad, plant tray, or workbench organizer.

The raised sides are useful for catching condensation or minor spills, but this is still a tray-style floor protector, not a substitute for fixing an appliance leak. The square size is the key constraint: check that the appliance’s footprint fits inside the mat, with room for the raised edge.

Who it’s for

This is aimed at people placing a compact appliance on a floor they want to protect from drips, scratches, or movement. For example, under a mini fridge in a kitchen, the mat can keep condensation in one contained area instead of letting it reach the surrounding floor. A compact washer is another stated use, particularly where its footprint fits the mat.

It suits you if you want one washable surface that can move between appliance protection and smaller household tasks. You may want to skip it if your appliance is larger than the 19.7 x 19.7-inch footprint or you need a mat designed specifically for a full-size machine. The listing describes use on hardwood, tile, and carpet, but the raised tray is most useful where catching liquid on the floor is the priority.

Everyday use

For routine cleanup, the silicone surface can be wiped with a damp cloth or rinsed with water, then left to dry. Its flexible construction is also described as foldable for storage in a drawer or cabinet corner. That makes it more adaptable than a rigid drip tray if you expect to put it away or use it for different tasks.

The maker says the material is intended to withstand heavy appliances without deforming. Still, the product details do not specify a weight limit, so there is no basis for treating it as a platform for equipment beyond the compact appliances named in the listing. Keep the raised edge in mind when positioning an appliance so it does not interfere with its base.

Practical doubts

Will it fit a mini fridge? The stated dimensions are 19.7 x 19.7 inches, and the listing says it fits most mini fridges. Compare those dimensions with your appliance’s base before choosing it.

How tall are the raised edges? The perimeter is listed as 0.8 inches high and is designed to contain spills, condensation, and leaks.

Can it be used for something besides appliances? Yes. The listed alternate uses include a pet food mat, sink-side drying pad, balcony plant tray, and workbench organizer.

When it makes sense

Choose this mat when a compact appliance needs a defined, wipe-clean place to sit and the dimensions match its footprint. It offers a more contained approach than placing an appliance directly on the floor, while remaining flexible and easy to store. If you need coverage for a larger machine or need a confirmed load rating, the available product details do not establish that this mat is the right fit.
