Stanploe Gaming Mouse Pad, 31.5 x 11.8 in

If a small mouse pad leaves your keyboard and mouse sharing a crowded desk, this extended mat takes a more unified approach. Its 31.5 x 11.8 in surface is designed to give both a shared area, with room for a few everyday essentials.

The Ghost Cat print adds a visible design detail without changing the mat’s main job: covering part of your desk and providing a smooth surface for mouse movement.

You’ll appreciate it if you want one flexible mat for work, browsing, or gaming rather than a separate pad under each device.

Best use cases

This desk mat makes sense for a home office or PC setup where a keyboard and mouse sit side by side. Picture a work session with the keyboard near the back of the mat and the mouse moving across the open space beside it, the extended format helps keep both on one surface. It can also be used on a teacher’s desk, according to the product details.

The Lycra surface is described as supporting quick, controlled movement and accurate tracking with mechanical, wireless, and optical mice. That makes it suited to everyday cursor work as well as gaming, though the description doesn’t provide specific performance measurements or testing results. If your main concern is simply having a compact place to move a mouse, a smaller pad takes up less desk space. This one is aimed at people who want broader coverage.

Product specs

The mat measures 31.5 x 11.8 in and has a smooth Lycra top, reinforced stitched edges, and a non-slip rubber base. Its Ghost Cat artwork is HD printed. The soft surface also provides a place to rest your hands and wrists while typing or playing, while the rubber backing is intended to help keep the mat from sliding during faster mouse movements.

The flexible mat can be rolled for storage or travel. For care, the provided instructions say to wipe it with a damp cloth or machine wash it and hang it to dry. From the way it is set up, it favors wide desk coverage over a small, easy-to-tuck-away mouse pad, the stated dimensions are the key space requirement to weigh before choosing it.

Where it shines

The practical benefit is having a continuous surface under your keyboard and mouse, rather than shifting between a bare desktop and a separate mouse pad. That can make a desk feel more organized and gives the mouse a consistent area to move across. What changes when both devices share the same mat? You spend less time working around the edge of a small pad and more time using the space you have.

Stitched edges are intended to resist fraying and lifting, while the rubber underside helps limit movement. Those details are useful for a mat that may see daily typing and mouse use, but they don’t make it immune to wear or guarantee a grip on every desktop. It may not suit you if your desk is too small for its footprint or you prefer a minimal setup with only a compact mouse surface.

Final verdict

This Stanploe mat is a reasonable fit for someone who wants a wide, soft desk covering for a keyboard and mouse, plus a printed Ghost Cat design. You’ll appreciate it if shared workspace and a flexible, rollable format matter more than keeping the pad small. It may not suit you if you need exact tracking specifications, a plain design, or a mat that occupies less desk area. Measure your available space against the listed dimensions, then decide whether the extra coverage earns its place.
