Smiry Stretch Printed Office Chair Cover, Blue-Green, Machine Washable

Made from 92% polyester and 8% spandex, this printed Smiry chair cover adds a soft, stretchy layer to an office chair. Its blue-green pattern refreshes the look of a desk chair while helping shield the upholstery from dust, stains, everyday wear, and accidental scratches. The cover is removable and machine washable, making routine care straightforward.

Key features

The stretch fabric is designed to adapt to an office chair and recover its shape, helping create a neater fit around the covered area. An elastic band and hook-and-loop fastening secure the cover underneath. This setup makes installation simple: slip the fabric over the chair, thread the straps below, and fasten them together.

The printed design offers a practical way to update a chair without changing the furniture itself. It can also help keep the original upholstery cleaner in a home office or workspace where a chair is used daily. Buyers often praise the pattern for giving older chairs a fresh appearance and describe installation as easy. Feedback on how securely the cover stays in place is mixed, so taking accurate measurements is an important part of choosing the right fit.

Tips for day-to-day use

Use the listed fit dimensions as your guide: the backrest should measure 14–17 inches in both width and height, and the seat cushion should measure 14–17 inches in width and length. The recommended seat-cushion thickness is 1.3–2.5 inches. Measuring the chair before ordering helps you assess how the stretch cover will sit across its backrest and cushion.

For a tidy installation, position the fabric evenly before fastening the straps underneath. The hook-and-loop closure can be adjusted during fitting so the cover sits snugly around the chair. The 17-inch by 17-inch by 2.5-inch product dimensions provide an additional reference when comparing the cover with your chair.

Practical tips

For care, machine wash in cold water, avoid bleach, and tumble dry on low. No ironing is required. These simple care instructions make the removable cover convenient to clean as part of regular chair maintenance. The fabric is not water resistant, so it is best considered a washable upholstery protector for everyday dust, stains, and wear rather than a spill barrier.

A cover is a useful alternative to replacing a chair when the goal is to change its look or add a washable layer over existing upholstery. It also suits workspaces where a printed accent can bring color to a desk setup without replacing the chair itself.

Practical questions

How do I check whether it will fit my chair? Measure the backrest width and height, the seat cushion width and length, and the cushion thickness. Compare those measurements with the stated fit ranges before ordering.

How is the cover secured? Stretch it over the chair, pass the straps underneath, and fasten the hook-and-loop closure to help hold it in place.

How should I wash it? Machine wash in cold water, do not bleach, and tumble dry on low. Ironing is not required.
