Small Dog Harness and Leash Set of 6

A step-in design, adjustable straps, and soft mesh give this small-dog harness set a practical focus: getting ready for a walk without pulling a harness over your dog’s head. The kit includes a leash, collar, bow tie, slobber towel, and waste bag alongside the harness, so several outing basics come together in one purchase. Its floral pattern adds a visible style detail, while the lightweight fabric is intended to feel comfortable during everyday walks. The main decision point is fit: you’ll need your dog’s neck and chest measurements, not weight alone, to choose a size.

Technical details

The harness combines soft neoprene fabric with breathable mesh and has adjustable straps and quick-release buckles. It’s designed to be put on by having a dog step into it, then secured with the buckles. The product description says the harness and leash set weighs as little as 0.5 lb, though it doesn’t specify a separate weight for each piece. Without having tried it, the clearest practical benefit is the step-in format: it may be easier to manage with a dog that dislikes having gear pulled over its head.

The design aims to distribute leash tension across the body rather than the neck. That can be appealing for walks, jogging, hiking, or training, but no harness can guarantee a dog won’t pull or make a poor fit safe. The listing doesn’t provide strap dimensions, leash length, or a sizing chart here, so those details matter if you’re comparing it with a more basic harness-and-leash pair.

Getting the most from it

The six-piece set suits someone who wants more than a harness and leash for regular outings. For example, you can buckle the harness on before a neighborhood walk, attach the leash, and keep the waste bag handy, the collar and bow tie provide additional options, while the towel may be useful after a messy outing. If you already own those extras, a simpler harness may be a better fit for your needs.

The listing describes the fabric as quick-drying and easy to clean, but doesn’t give care instructions. Check the size chart before ordering, since the product’s own guidance is to measure both neck and chest circumference and choose the larger size when the chest measurement falls between sizes. A solid pick if you want a coordinated starter kit for a small or medium dog. You may want to skip it if you need exact leash dimensions or a clearly documented size range before deciding.

Usage tips

Measure around the full chest and neck, then compare both numbers with the seller’s size chart. Don’t choose by weight alone, the listing specifically warns that breeds and body shapes vary. Once the harness is on, check that the adjustable straps sit securely without restricting movement, and recheck the fit if your dog’s shape changes. For a first walk, a short, calm outing makes it easier to see whether the harness stays in place and your dog moves comfortably. Stop and adjust if it shifts or rubs.

Questions before you buy

What comes in the set? The listing names a harness, leash, bow tie, collar, slobber towel, and waste bag.

How should I choose a size? Measure your dog’s neck and chest and use the size chart. If the chest measurement is between sizes, the listing recommends choosing the larger one.

Does it go over the dog’s head? It’s described as a step-in harness with adjustable straps and quick-release buckles, rather than an over-the-head style.

Final verdict

This set makes the most sense if you want a lightweight mesh step-in harness and several matching outing accessories in one kit. The floral print and included extras are useful differentiators from a basic harness-and-leash purchase, while the fit still depends on careful measurements. Choose it when the size chart matches your dog and you’ll use the additional pieces, look elsewhere if your decision depends on confirmed leash dimensions, detailed care guidance, or a more minimal setup.
