Skechers Memory Foam Seat Cushion, Blue, with Washable Cover and Non-Slip Base

For adults who spend long stretches sitting, this Skechers cushion is designed for use at a desk or while driving. Its memory foam and split-seat design target pressure around the hips, thighs, and tailbone. A desk chair and a car seat call for different setups, but this cushion is listed for both.

Quick overview

The cushion is made with memory foam and has an oval shape. The product description says its split design is intended to target pressure points, while the rubber bottom is intended to help keep it in place as you move. Those details may matter if you want an add-on for a chair rather than a replacement seat or a larger seating support system.

The listing identifies the color as blue and the intended age range as adults. It does not provide dimensions, so there is no way to assess its footprint against a particular chair or car seat from the available details. A solid pick if you want a portable-style seat cushion for extended sitting and value a removable cover, the fit is harder to judge without measurements.

Cleaning & care

The cover has a zipper and is described as machine washable, so it can be removed for cleaning rather than washing the entire cushion. The product information also describes the fabric as breathable, but does not specify washing instructions such as water temperature or drying method. Follow any care label supplied with the cushion to avoid relying on assumptions about cleaning.

Everyday use

The listed uses include driving, reading, and traveling, as well as desk and office seating in the product description. For example, someone moving between a home-office chair and a car seat could use the cushion in either setting, provided its shape and size suit the seat. The non-slip base is intended to reduce movement, though the listing does not give dimensions or describe how it fits different seat shapes.

Buyer feedback is generally favorable about comfort, softness, and thickness, and some customers say it helps with tailbone discomfort. Those are individual impressions, not a promise of pain relief. Feedback on size and support is mixed: some find the cushion a good fit or supportive, while others report the opposite. Not the best choice if you need a confirmed fit for a specific chair or prefer to choose based on exact measurements, since none are listed here.

Before you decide

What is the cushion made of? The filling is memory foam, and the cushion is described as oval with a split design.

Can the cover be washed? The product details describe a removable, zippered, machine-washable cover, they do not provide specific wash settings.

Where is it intended to be used? Driving, reading, and traveling are listed uses, alongside office, desk, and other household seating.

Buying verdict

This Skechers cushion is worth considering when you want memory foam seating support that can move between a desk and a car, with a removable cover for care. The main buying trade-off is fit: without listed dimensions, you cannot compare its size with your seat in advance, and buyer comments on size and support vary. If a precise fit is essential, an option with published measurements may be easier to evaluate.
