The manual, hanging format is intended for a bathtub faucet, making it a different fit from a filter designed to attach to a showerhead or serve drinking water.

Best use cases

Use the filter while filling a bathtub when you want bath water to pass through a dedicated filtration unit. It suits households that bathe regularly and want a filter positioned at the tub faucet, including for baths as part of a hair or skin-care routine. Filtration is intended to address substances such as chlorine and fluoride, individual experiences with water quality and skin benefits vary, so it should not be treated as a guaranteed result.

For setup, hang the unit from the faucet with the supplied suspension cords. The product also describes a built-in silicone ring for tool-free installation on nearly all household bath faucets. Choose the attachment arrangement that sits securely on your faucet before filling the tub. This practical hanging format is useful when you want filtration at the tub itself rather than a permanent change to the plumbing.

Customer feedback is mixed on filtration results and faucet fit. Some buyers describe the unit as easy to hang and use, while others report inconsistent water-quality improvements, fit, or water flow. Those differing experiences make a secure fit during setup an important part of using this faucet-mounted design.

Included in the package

The package contains one bathtub water filter and two suspension cords. Hang the filter at the tub faucet using the cords, then run water through it as the tub fills. Its compact dimensions and portable design make it straightforward to position for bath use.

Should you buy it?

Choose the SHLLKTTRY-003 if your priority is a bathtub-focused filter with an 8-stage design and a stated 2,500-gallon capacity. The hanging installation and included cords are tailored to placing filtration at a tub faucet, while the ABS housing keeps the unit compact for this task. It is a practical match for people who want a dedicated filter during bath filling, rather than a showerhead or drinking-water filter.
