SHEENGO Black Ink Cartridge 65XL

If you print regularly at home or need black ink on hand for schoolwork, forms, and everyday documents, this SHEENGO 65XL two-pack is aimed at keeping a compatible HP printer supplied without buying cartridges one at a time. The package includes two black cartridges and a user guide, and the listing names several DeskJet, ENVY, and AMP models. Its appeal is practical: a spare cartridge is ready when the first runs out. The main thing to sort out before buying is whether your exact printer appears on the compatibility list.

What to know

This is a two-cartridge black ink pack identified as 65XL and T0A36AN. SHEENGO states a yield of up to 669 pages for a cartridge, based on 5% page coverage. That figure is a reference tied to light coverage, not a promise of the same output for every household: pages with more solid black areas use ink differently. The listing also says an upgraded chip reports ink levels, which can help you see when a replacement may be needed.

The stated compatibility covers selected HP DeskJet 3700 and 2600 series printers, ENVY 5000 series printers, and AMP models. Examples include the DeskJet 3755, 3720, 2622, and 2680, plus the ENVY 5055, 5052, 5058, and 5014. Those are examples, not the full list, so match your printer's exact model number against the names in the product listing before ordering. Keep in mind that the package is black ink only, it is not a color cartridge set.

Best use cases

This pack makes the most sense for routine black-and-white printing: a student printing an assignment, someone filling out a form, or a home office handling short documents. For example, if you notice the printer is running low before printing a stack of paperwork, having a second cartridge in the package gives you a replacement without needing to buy another pack immediately.

If your main need is color photos or graphics, this black-only pack does not address it. Compared with buying a single replacement, two cartridges put more black ink on hand at once, compared with choosing a cartridge for a different printer family, the deciding factor here is the model match, not the XL label alone. From the way it is set up, the ink-level chip is intended to make remaining supply easier to track, though the listing does not give details about print quality or how the cartridges perform over time.

Tips for day-to-day use

Check the model number printed on your printer or in its settings, then compare it with the compatibility list rather than relying on a series name alone. When the first cartridge is depleted, store the spare as directed in the user guide and keep its packaging until you are ready to install it. The page-yield figure is based on 5% coverage, so documents with heavy black fills may use ink faster than lightly printed text. If you mainly print occasional pages, think about how quickly you are likely to use a two-pack, if you print frequently, having the spare may be more useful.

Questions before you buy

Which printers are listed as compatible? The product listing names selected DeskJet 3700 and 2600 series, ENVY 5000 series, and AMP models. Confirm your exact model before choosing it.

How many cartridges are included? The package contents specify two black 65XL cartridges and one user guide.

What does the page-yield claim mean? SHEENGO states up to 669 pages per cartridge at 5% coverage. Treat that as a coverage-based estimate, not a fixed count for every print job.

When it makes sense

A solid pick if your printer is one of the listed models and you want two black cartridges ready for everyday documents, with ink-level reporting stated as a feature. You may want to skip it if you need color ink, your printer model is not on the compatibility list, or you would rather buy just one cartridge at a time. The useful decision here is straightforward: verify the exact printer first, then weigh the convenience of keeping a spare against how much black ink you actually use.
