SERWALL A041-204 Swivel Adirondack Bar Chairs, Set of 2, Black HDPE

For patio, garden, or poolside setups that need bar-height seating, the SERWALL A041-204 set includes two swivel Adirondack-style chairs. The 28.9-inch seat height is listed as suitable for tables 40 to 47 inches high. Would the swivel design help guests join conversations without moving their chairs? Each seat rotates 360 degrees and includes armrests and a built-in footrest.

Key takeaways

These black bar chairs are made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE), with an angled four-leg base and a footrest. The set is intended for outdoor bar seating rather than a standard-height dining table, so the stated table-height range is a useful starting point when checking fit. Assembly instructions and tools are included, the manufacturer describes each chair as having eight parts and a five-step assembly process.

The product information lists a 360-pound load capacity. That figure is a capacity claim, not the chair’s item weight. The listed dimensions vary between product details and feature text, so rely on the seat-height and table-height guidance rather than assuming the overall measurements are consistent.

Care tips

The care instructions say to wipe the chairs with a damp cloth. The manufacturer also describes cleaning with soap and water and a soft-bristle brush or sanding sponge. HDPE is presented as waterproof and resistant to fading, but those claims do not replace basic cleaning after dirt or spills. No painting, staining, or waterproofing is specified as necessary maintenance.

Buyer comments are positive about the chairs’ appearance and substantial feel, while assembly feedback is mixed: some buyers find setup straightforward, and others find it difficult. That makes the included instructions and tools relevant, but the stated five steps should not be taken as a guarantee that every assembly will feel simple.

Getting the most from it

Match the chairs to a bar table within the stated 40-to-47-inch height range, and consider how the swivel function will work in the available space. The rotating seat can help someone turn toward different parts of a conversation, while the footrest gives seated users a place to rest their feet. For a small outdoor bistro area, a two-chair set provides paired seating without requiring separate single-chair purchases.

You’ll appreciate it if you want Adirondack styling with a swivel seat and are choosing seating for an outdoor bar or counter-height table. Compared with fixed outdoor stools, this set adds rotation and armrests, a simpler fixed seat may make more sense if those features are not useful in your setup. The HDPE construction and stated weather resistance suit outdoor use, but the listing does not provide a specific warranty or long-term durability test.

What to clarify

What table height is this set intended for? The listed 28.9-inch seat height is described as suitable for a table 40 to 47 inches high. Check your table measurement against that range before choosing.

Do the chairs swivel? Yes. The product information describes 360-degree rotation, so users can turn in place rather than repositioning the whole chair.

What is included for assembly and care? Assembly instructions and tools are listed as included. For routine cleaning, the care guidance recommends a damp cloth, the manufacturer also mentions soap, water, and a soft-bristle brush or sanding sponge.

When it makes sense

This set makes sense when you need two outdoor bar chairs with armrests, a footrest, and a swivel seat, and your table falls within the stated height range. If assembly is a deciding factor, take the mixed buyer feedback into account rather than assuming setup will be effortless. For a fixed-seat arrangement or a table outside the specified range, another style or height may be a better fit.
