SINOSSO Round Bar Stool Cushion 14-inch

The silicone-backed bottom is the detail that sets this round stool cushion apart: it is designed to help keep the pad in place instead of letting it slide around as you sit. The woven surface adds a softer, more breathable layer to a hard stool, while the padded interior gives a wooden seat a more comfortable feel. From the way it is set up, this is a simple add-on rather than a replacement seat, so the fit of your stool matters as much as the cushion itself.

Getting the most from it

Use it to soften a round bar stool at a kitchen counter, in a café-style corner, or on a patio seat. Picture settling in for breakfast on a firm wooden stool: the cushion adds padding without changing the stool or taking on a full reupholstery project. Its listed size is 14 inches across and 2.4 inches high, and the product is described as fitting stools with seat thickness under 3.3 inches. Measure the seat before choosing, the listed size and thickness limit are specific enough that a close-but-not-quite fit could make the cushion less useful.

The surface is breathable woven fabric, the filling is 100% polyester, and the bottom uses silicone anti-slip fabric. That combination is aimed at everyday comfort and grip, not at changing the shape of the stool or providing a custom fit. The listing says it is machine washable, which is useful for a seat that sees regular use, though it does not give wash settings or other care details. It includes one round cushion, so this is a single-seat purchase rather than a set for multiple stools.

Why it’s worth it

A loose cushion is a straightforward way to make a hard stool feel less stark and more comfortable without buying a different chair. The two-color woven design also adds a visible accent, the listed version is yellow. If you prioritize adding removable padding to an existing round stool, this approach is more flexible than choosing a permanently upholstered seat. If you prefer a built-in cushion with a tailored fit, an add-on like this may feel less integrated.

Worth considering if your stool is round, the measurements match, and you want a washable-looking textile surface with a grippy backing. It’s not for you if you need a cushion for a square or unusually shaped seat, or if your stool falls outside the stated thickness fit. The description also does not specify a fastening strap, so the silicone backing is the stated method for keeping it in place.

The essentials

This is a padded, round stool cushion cover in size L, listed at 14 inches by 2.4 inches high. The exterior is breathable woven fabric, the inside is 100% polyester, and the underside is silicone anti-slip fabric. The listing describes it as machine washable and says the design is intended to resist pilling and collapsing, but those are product claims rather than a substitute for checking fit and care requirements. One cushion is included. A 90-day money-back guarantee is also stated in the product description.

Should you buy it?

Choose this SINOSSO cushion if you have a round stool within the stated measurements and want an easy way to add a softer seat with a textured yellow finish. The practical deciding point is fit: compare the 14-inch diameter and the under-3.3-inch seat-thickness limit with your stool before ordering. If those measurements do not line up, or you want an attached, custom-shaped seat rather than a removable pad, a different seating solution is likely the better match.
