SCUF ENVISION PRO 601-178-04-012-NA Wireless PC Gaming Controller, Light Gray

Getting the most from it

Finished in light gray, the SCUF ENVISION PRO is a wireless gaming controller made for Windows PC play. Its four remappable rear paddles let you assign actions to controls you can reach while keeping your thumbs on the sticks, while five remappable G-Keys add space for shortcuts and macros. That extra control can be useful in games where you want several actions close at hand without moving your thumbs from the sticks.

For a wired setup, connect through USB-C, the built-in battery also supports wireless use. The controller is compatible with Windows 10 and later, with iCUE needed for initial setup and the driver.

What stands out

Hall effect thumbsticks are designed to resist drift, and their response curves can be tailored in iCUE. OMRON mechanical ABXY and D-pad switches provide crisp, click-style button presses for direct inputs. Adjustable Instant Triggers let you switch between a mouse-like click and the full trigger range, so you can set the feel to suit different kinds of play.

Two side-mounted SAX buttons add more configurable inputs, placed for natural finger access. What changes when actions such as shortcuts or macros are assigned directly to the controller? You can tailor its controls around the way you play instead of relying only on fixed button assignments. The RGB lighting strip is also customizable through iCUE.

Questions before you buy

Does it work with Mac or Linux? No. The controller is designed for Windows 10 and later, and iCUE supplies the driver needed for the computer to recognize it.

Can I play wirelessly or use a cable? Both options are supported: wireless connectivity and a USB-C wired connection. The Envision Pro has a built-in battery, rated for around 19 hours with normal use.

Can I customize the buttons and controls? Yes. iCUE supports remapping the paddles, G-Keys, and other configurable inputs, along with macros and adjustments to the thumbstick and trigger response curves.
