Ruxury RL2 Folding Lap Desk, Brown Wood Table with Cup Holder
Product description
Set up a laptop workspace on the bed or sofa, then fold the table away when you’re done. The Ruxury RL2 combines a wood surface with folding legs for flexible use around the home. A built-in cup holder and device slot keep everyday essentials close at hand.
At a glance
The brown table measures 23.6 inches wide by 15.7 inches deep and 11.2 inches high. Its polished wood surface gives you room for a laptop and other items, while the molded-in cup holder and slot for a tablet or smartphone add convenient places for drinks and devices. A semicircular cutout along the user-facing edge lets you sit closer to the table while working, reading, or eating.
Foldable legs make it easy to move the table between rooms and store it in a compact space. Unlike a fixed bedside table or desk, this design can serve as a work or meal surface on a bed, sofa, or floor, then be folded away between uses. Buyers also highlight its roomy surface and easy folding. Feedback on stability is mixed: some say it stays put, while others report that the legs do not stay in place.
Usage tips
Open the folding legs before placing the table where you plan to use it, and arrange your laptop, book, or meal within the wood surface. The cup holder is useful for keeping a drink in a designated spot, while the device slot can hold a tablet or smartphone for reading or viewing. The front cutout creates space to sit closer, which can be helpful when typing or writing from a bed or couch.
When you’re finished, fold the legs to make the table easier to store. Its folded profile is described as under 1.8 inches thick, so it can fit beneath a bed or in a narrow gap. The carry handle also helps when moving it from a bedroom to a living room or another spot around the home.
Getting the most from it
Use the broad surface for a laptop alongside a mouse, phone, notepad, or meal. For study time, the device slot keeps a screen upright while the tabletop remains available for books or writing. For breakfast in bed or a snack on the sofa, the cup holder and tray-style layout make it a practical alternative to balancing items on your lap.
The table also works as a portable surface for leisure activities such as reading or gaming. Its folding format suits homes where one surface needs to serve several purposes rather than stay set up as a permanent desk. Place it near the seating or bed where it will be most useful, then fold it away when that space needs to be clear.
