Rubies 885356 Oatmeal Bear Baby Costume with Rainbow Blanket

Made with chenille and flannel, the Rubies Oatmeal Bear costume brings together a footed jumpsuit, a character hood, and a soft rainbow blanket for a coordinated baby costume. The hood fastens under the chin, while the jumpsuit’s leg closures make diaper changes more convenient during a day of celebrating.

For Halloween, a themed party, or a festival, the bear design gives the outfit a clear character look without needing to assemble separate pieces.

Fit and sizing

This costume is listed in baby size 6–12 months. Costumes can fit differently from everyday apparel, so use the size chart when choosing a fit for your baby. The footed jumpsuit creates a complete head-to-toe look, and its leg closures are designed to make diaper changes easier while the costume is being worn.

Buyer feedback on fit is mixed: some say it fits well, while others find it larger or snug. That range of impressions makes the size chart a useful starting point when selecting the intended size. Buyers also commonly praise the cute bear appearance and soft feel. Some report that the material seems thin or sheds, so handle the costume with care when dressing and storing it.

Where it shines

The coordinated pieces make this a straightforward choice for a recognizable bear costume: the jumpsuit, hood with ears, and rainbow blanket are designed to work together. That can be more convenient than building a themed outfit from separate clothing and accessories. Non-skid soles are part of the footed jumpsuit, and the chin-fastening hood helps complete the character look.

Use it for a Halloween outing, a costume-themed gathering, a festival, or a cosplay event. For example, the jumpsuit and hood create the bear outfit, while the blanket adds a colorful accent for photos or time at the event. Buyers often describe the costume as soft and warm, though individual impressions of the fabric and fit vary.
