Realmate 52-Inch Ceiling Fan
Product description
When a room needs both air circulation and better lighting, separate fixtures can take up space and leave you juggling controls. This Realmate ceiling fan combines a dimmable LED light with a reversible DC motor, and the included remote handles fan speed, light settings, and a timer. Its 52-inch size is listed for rooms from 150 to 330 square feet, so it may suit a living room, bedroom, or kitchen within that range. The dual-color blades add a design choice, though the specific blade colors are not stated in the product details.
Key points
The fan offers six speeds, from softer airflow on the lower settings to stronger circulation on the higher ones. Its listed maximum airflow is 4,900 CFM, and the motor is rated at 32 dB. For seasonal use, the fan can direct air downward in summer or circulate it upward in winter, that makes it more flexible than a fan intended only for cooling. The remote includes a one-, three-, or six-hour timer, useful when you want airflow as you fall asleep without leaving the fan running all night.
The integrated 24W LED is dimmable from 20% to 100%, with three color-temperature choices: 3000K, 4500K, and 6000K. That range can cover a warmer evening setting as well as brighter light for reading or cooking. A memory function restores the previous light and fan settings after the power has been off for more than 10 seconds, quick restarts within that window do not trigger it. Keep in mind that the fan is non-waterproof, so covered outdoor use is different from installing it in an exposed, open-air spot.
Size & fit
The 52-inch fan is intended for spaces in the stated 150-to-330-square-foot range and uses a downrod mount. It could be a practical fit over a living-room seating area or bedroom where one fixture needs to handle both lighting and circulation. The maker also lists kitchens, offices, and covered patios or porches as possible locations. Measure the room and consider the mounting arrangement before choosing, the product details do not give a downrod length or ceiling-height guidance, so they cannot confirm fit for a particular ceiling.
Tips for day-to-day use
Use the lower speeds when you want gentler movement while reading or relaxing, then switch to a stronger setting when you want more airflow. For example, you could set a warm, dim light for winding down, choose a timer, and leave the remote within reach instead of getting up later to turn the fan off. The memory feature can save repeated adjustments, but allow more than 10 seconds between power-off and restart if you want it to restore the previous settings. If you are replacing a basic fan, the built-in light and remote reduce the need for separate controls, if your priority is a dedicated high-output light or detailed installation guidance, the available specifications leave those questions open. It suits you if you want adjustable lighting and seasonal airflow in one ceiling fixture. You may want to skip it if the installation would be exposed to weather or you need confirmed ceiling-clearance details before buying.
Questions before you buy
Can it be installed outdoors? The listing allows covered outdoor areas, but says the fan is non-waterproof and should not be installed in an open-air location.
What lighting choices are available? The LED offers 3000K, 4500K, and 6000K color temperatures, with brightness adjustment from 20% to 100%.
What comes with the fan? The product details mention a remote, a bracket kit for mounting the remote like a wall switch, and an installation video. They also state a one-year warranty.
Should you buy it?
This is a sensible match if your room falls within the stated size range and you value having a fan, adjustable LED light, and remote controls together. Its reversible airflow, timer, and setting memory add useful day-to-day flexibility. The main reasons to look elsewhere are straightforward: it is not made for exposed outdoor installation, and the listing does not provide enough mounting measurements to settle every ceiling-fit question. Choose it for a covered, appropriately sized room where combined lighting and airflow matter, pass if weather exposure or precise installation dimensions are deal-breakers.
