PREXTEX 9M-NM0A-GUWE Remote Control Car Set, Police and Race Cars

This two-car set pairs a cartoon police car with a race car for shared remote-control play. Each vehicle has its own steering-wheel controller, so two children can take part at the same time.

Simple two-button controls move each car forward or in reverse. Flashing headlights, music, honking sounds, sirens, and removable action figures add variety to imaginative play.

Want to turn a playroom floor into a friendly race course? The cars operate on different frequencies, allowing both to run together on a smooth surface.

Benefits

The set makes it easy to start playing with two vehicles right away: one child can steer the police car while another drives the race car. Each car has a matching controller, and pairing them correctly supports proper operation. The red-and-green remote controls the race car, the blue remote controls the police car.

The steering-wheel controllers use two buttons for forward and reverse, keeping the controls straightforward for young children. Lights and sound effects give each vehicle its own playful character, while the removable action figures can be part of pretend police chases or racing stories. For a solo play session, either car can also be driven independently with its matching remote.

The essentials

Designed for children ages 18 months and up, this set includes two cartoon remote-control cars and their steering-wheel controllers. Its two-player setup suits side-by-side play, and the different operating frequencies let both vehicles race at once. A smooth indoor surface provides a practical place to steer and practice turns.

Each car requires 3 AA batteries, and each remote requires 2 AA batteries, batteries are not included. The cars are battery-powered and made of plastic. Remember to match each remote to its vehicle before play: the red-and-green controller goes with the race car, and the blue controller goes with the police car.

Buyers often describe the cars as fun and cute, especially for young children. Feedback is mixed on durability and operation, including the remotes, so experiences vary. The set’s strongest appeal is its pair of character cars, simple controls, and sound-and-light features for interactive play.

Who it’s for

This set is suited to toddlers ready to explore basic remote-control play and to families looking for two vehicles for shared play. The forward-and-reverse buttons make the driving controls accessible, while the separate cars and controllers give siblings or friends a way to play together rather than take turns with a single vehicle. It can also work well as a gift for a child who enjoys police cars, race cars, lights, and sound effects.

Final verdict

Choose the PREXTEX set for an introductory remote-control experience built around two distinct cartoon cars. The simple steering-wheel controls, matching remotes, and ability to run both vehicles together make it a practical fit for shared play on smooth surfaces, with lights and sounds to bring imaginative races and police-car stories to life.
