Petration PT-00132 Dog Snuffle Ball with Treat-Hiding Strips and Squeaky Carrot

Turn treat time into a scent-search game: hide small snacks in the fabric strips and let your dog sniff them out from the ball.

The Petration PT-00132 combines a snuffle puzzle with a slow-feeding activity. It gives treats a playful format that encourages natural foraging behavior.

Choose it for indoor enrichment, outdoor play, or a rainy-day activity. Unlike a simple toss-and-fetch ball, this one focuses on finding hidden food, and it comes with a squeaky carrot for another play element.

Tips for day-to-day use

To set up a round, untie a fabric strip, place a treat inside, roll the strip, and tuck it into the ball’s opening. Your dog can then use its nose to locate the hidden snack. Small treats or toys can be used for the search, making the activity easy to adapt to treat time or a short play session.

The ball is designed for indoor and outdoor use and is described for dogs of all breed sizes and life stages. Its compact 3.5-inch dimensions make it easy to bring out for a focused enrichment activity. When play is over, wash it by hand or in a washing machine, then wash and dry it before using it again.

Strengths

The main appeal is the combination of sniffing and play. Instead of simply chasing a ball, a dog works through the fabric strips to find a reward, adding a problem-solving element to everyday feeding or entertainment. The activity is intended to encourage natural foraging and help slow the pace of eating, while giving curious pets a way to stay occupied.

Buyer feedback often highlights the ball’s engaging puzzle play and entertainment value. Comments on durability are mixed, and some buyers find rolling treats into the strips tedious. The product is intended for interactive play, not chewing, supervise your pet and remove damaged pieces to help prevent accidental swallowing.
