PATPET PP-680-shock collar Dog Training Collar, 4000-ft Remote, IPX7 Receiver

For a training session in the backyard or at the park, the PATPET PP-680-shock collar lets you send a cue from its handheld remote. Its listed range is up to 4000 feet, giving you room to work with your dog at a distance.

Choose from beep, vibration, or adjustable static stimulation, with 1–16 intensity levels for the static mode. Having three cue options makes it possible to select a mode that suits the training goal.

The receiver is IPX7 waterproof for rain, puddles, and swimming. The remote is not waterproof, so keep it dry during outdoor sessions.

Together, the adjustable fit and multiple cue modes provide practical options for different training sessions without relying on a single type of signal.

How to use it

Fit the collar around your dog’s neck, then use the remote to select a cue and, for static stimulation, an intensity level. Begin with the mode and setting appropriate to your training objective, and use the remote within its stated range. A beep or vibration can serve as a cue, while adjustable static stimulation provides another option. Keep the remote dry outdoors, the IPX7 rating applies to the receiver.

For a walk or park session, the long remote range can help you give a cue while your dog explores farther away. The rechargeable design avoids disposable batteries, and the stated full charge time is 2 hours. Buyers often describe the collar as easy to set up and use, and some highlight vibration as a way to get their dog’s attention. Feedback on battery life and durability is mixed, so experiences vary.

What’s included

The listed included component is the remote control. A USB charging cable is also stated to be included. The collar’s receiver and remote are both USB rechargeable, making the charging arrangement relevant for regular training at home or outdoors.

Buying verdict

This PATPET collar suits dog owners looking for a remote-operated training tool with more than one cue, a long stated range, and a waterproof receiver. Compared with a single-cue approach, its beep, vibration, and adjustable static modes offer more ways to tailor a signal to a session. The adjustable nylon strap and compatibility description for small, medium, and large dogs make it a practical choice for varied training settings, from the yard to the park.
