NEO CHAIR NEC Office Desk Chair, Purple Mesh, Flip-Up Arms, Lumbar Support

Breathable mesh and a contoured backrest bring airflow and lumbar support to everyday desk work, while adjustable seat height helps you set up a comfortable position. The purple NEO CHAIR NEC also has flip-up arms, so it can tuck closer to a desk or take up less room when you need to clear a compact workspace.

A 360-degree swivel and rolling base make it easier to move around your desk, study area, or vanity. The chair is designed for indoor use and recommended for hard floors.

Everyday use

Use the height adjustment to position the seat for computer work, reading, or study. The mesh back allows air to flow, and the contoured shape provides lumbar support as you sit. Adjust the tilt tension to personalize the chair’s feel, then swivel between nearby tasks without having to reposition the whole chair.

The padded arms flip up when you want the chair to slide under a desk or make more room in a bedroom, office, or study. For example, after a study session, raise the arms and tuck the chair in to keep a smaller room more open. The chair measures 24.4 inches deep by 23.5 inches wide by 40 inches high, with a 19-inch seat depth.

What stands out

This chair combines a mesh back with a foam seat, height adjustment, tilt tension, and a 360-degree swivel. Together, these features let you tailor the setup for common desk activities rather than relying on a fixed seating position. Its rolling base supports movement around a workstation, while the flip-up arms offer a practical space-saving detail for desks and rooms with limited clearance.

The purple finish gives the chair a distinctive look for a home office, bedroom desk, or study corner. Its recommended uses include office work, computer use, gaming, and reading, and its maximum weight recommendation is 300 pounds.

Worth noting

Assembly is required, the package includes the chair, casters, hardware kit, and installation manual. For routine care, wipe the chair clean. Its mesh upholstery and foam seat provide a different seating setup from an all-upholstered chair, while the rolling base and swivel support movement at a desk.

Buyer feedback often appreciates the chair’s compact footprint, assembly, and sturdy feel. Opinions on back support and cushioning vary, and some customers report durability concerns. These experiences are useful context when choosing a desk chair, alongside the design features and intended use.
