Navona 10-Pack Hanging File Folders, Letter Size, 2-Inch Expansion

Some filing needs call for a slim place to store a few sheets, growing paperwork benefits from extra room and enclosed sides. Navona’s plastic hanging file folders expand up to 2 inches, helping keep thicker groups of documents together in a filing cabinet.

The 10 assorted colors support simple color-coding, while clear insertable tabs provide a place to label categories. Use them for tax paperwork, medical records, school documents, contracts, invoices, or other letter-size files at home or in the office.

Getting the most from it

Sort documents by topic, project, or household member, then use the assorted colors to distinguish groups at a glance. Add a label to each clear tab to identify the folder’s contents. The expandable pockets accommodate growing or bulky files, and the enclosed sides help keep papers, receipts, and smaller documents inside as you move folders in and out of a cabinet.

For a practical home-office setup, keep recurring paperwork—such as invoices or tax documents—in separate folders and add new pages to the relevant category. The hanging hooks are adjustable and designed to slide in filing cabinets, making the folders useful when you want documents stored upright and accessible. Compared with a flat folder intended for a small, thin stack, the expandable pocket offers more room for paperwork that accumulates over time.
