Jowaia XGWJJ Hanging File Folders, Letter Size, Pastel, 1/5-Cut Tabs, 25-Pack
Product description
Letter-size paper folders keep standard 8.5 x 11-inch documents ready for filing in a home office, classroom, or workplace. This 25-pack uses five soft pastel colors, with five folders in each color, so you can sort paperwork by topic and spot the right group at a glance.
Each folder has a top-positioned 1/5-cut tab and a hanging design for filing cabinets. The pack also includes 35 transparent label cards and 50 sticker labels for identifying and updating categories.
Getting the most from it
Use a different pastel color for each part of your filing system: for example, separate tax paperwork, contracts, school documents, or work projects. Add a label card to identify the category, then place the folders in a compatible filing cabinet, storage box, or desk drawer. The color and tab work together to make each category easier to distinguish when you need to retrieve a document.
The scored construction lets the folders expand to hold more papers while helping them keep their shape. Metal hangers support upright filing, while adjustable tabs let you reposition labels as your categories change. For a practical setup, group related documents together and use the included stickers and label cards to keep names easy to read.
Benefits
A single-color folder system can keep documents together, but the five-color assortment adds a visual sorting option without requiring a separate folder style for every category. It’s useful when a cabinet holds several kinds of paperwork and you want to identify a section before pulling out individual files. The letter-size format suits standard documents, and the hanging design keeps folders arranged for filing rather than stacked loose on a desk.
The paper is described as tear-resistant, and the product specifications list 99% recycled content. Buyers also praise the pastel colors and describe the folders as sturdy and useful for color-coded organization. These comments reflect customer impressions, the folders’ documented format, tabs, and labeling supplies provide the practical basis for setting up a filing system.
