MONSAO rx002 Side Sleeper Pillow with Arm Hole, Memory Foam & Extra Pillowcase

For side sleeping, the MONSAO rx002 gives your arms a hollow channel beneath the pillow, so you can settle into a more natural position. Its contoured memory foam is designed to support your head and neck while the arm opening helps reduce pressure on your arms and shoulders. Would a pillow with room for your arms make your usual sleep position more comfortable? The shape also suits people who like to curl up or stretch out.

What matters most

The defining feature is the hollow arm channel and widened opening, which let your arms rest beneath the pillow instead of being pressed against a conventional flat surface. Multi-angle openings give you options for positioning your arms, while the contoured shape has a low center and raised edges to support the natural curve of your neck. The memory foam slowly rebounds over three to five seconds, contouring to your shape while retaining its form. Together, these details make the pillow a focused alternative to a standard pillow for side sleepers seeking an arm-friendly design and neck support in one place.

The pillow is listed in standard size, with a white cotton cover. An extra cooling pillowcase is included, giving you a spare cover to use while the other is being washed. Both covers are removable and machine washable, making regular care straightforward. The foam core is memory foam, designed to provide a shaped resting surface rather than the feel of an unstructured pillow.

How to take care of it

After opening, allow the pillow to expand for 24–48 hours so it can regain its original loft before use. Remove either cover for machine washing as needed. Keeping a clean cover ready helps make it easier to maintain a fresh sleep setup without changing how you use the arm channel or contoured support.

Everyday use

Use the arm opening when sleeping on your side, positioning your arm through the channel so it can rest naturally beneath the pillow. The design is also described for back and stomach sleeping, offering another way to use the contoured surface as you change positions. For a different kind of support while relaxing, the pillow can be folded to serve as a leg or knee pillow. It can also be used as a sofa cushion or a lap surface while reading or gaming in bed.

These different uses make it useful beyond bedtime: move it from the bed to the sofa when you want a shaped cushion for resting, or fold it for support under your legs. Its main distinction remains the arm opening, so shoppers choosing between this and a conventional pillow can focus on whether they want space for their arms as part of their usual sleep setup.

When it makes sense

This pillow is a practical fit for adults who sleep on their sides and want a dedicated opening for their arms, along with contoured memory foam support for the head and neck. It also suits someone who values a pillow that can serve other rest positions, including folded support for the legs or knees. If your priority is combining an arm channel, a shaped foam core, and a spare cooling pillowcase, the MONSAO rx002 brings those features together in one sleep accessory.
