YZ HOME Long Body Pillow, 20 x 54 Inch Shredded Memory Foam

For side sleeping, pregnancy support, or a fuller-length cushion to hold close at night, the YZ HOME Long Body Pillow offers firm support in a 20 x 54 inch format. Its white cover and full-length shape make it a practical addition to a bed or rest area.

Inside, shredded memory foam blended with polyester fiber creates a firm, textured cushion. The fill can be adjusted through the zippered opening, so you can tailor the pillow’s height and feel instead of relying on a fixed-fill design.

Would a pillow with adjustable fill suit your preferred sleeping position better? The zippered access makes it possible to add or remove filling as you shape the support to your comfort.

Usage tips

After unpacking, allow the vacuum-sealed pillow 24–48 hours to fully expand. If it has a slight new-product odor, leave it in a well-ventilated area while it expands, the odor is described as temporary and fades during this period.

To adjust the pillow, open the zipper and change the amount of shredded filling. Removing some creates a lower profile, adding filling gives it more height and firmness. Make small changes, then settle into your usual position to gauge the feel. The zippered opening also provides access to the filling for removal when cleaning is needed.

For side sleeping, position the full-length pillow where it can provide comfortable support along the body. Its intended uses also include pregnancy support, making the adjustable fill useful when you want to personalize the cushion rather than choose a single, fixed firmness.

What you’ll notice day to day

The full-length shape gives you one continuous pillow to arrange for side sleeping or pregnancy support. Its shredded foam filling can be redistributed by changing the amount inside, while the zippered access makes those adjustments straightforward. This sets it apart from a conventional pillow with a fixed core: here, you can customize the height and firmness to match the way you prefer to rest.

The quilted surface is described as textured and thread-free, with firmer cushioning designed to maintain its shape. That structure gives the pillow a more supportive feel than a soft, easily flattened cushion. Adjust the fill to create a setup that feels comfortable for your body and sleeping position.

When it makes sense

This pillow is a practical choice if you want full-length support and prefer to control the amount of filling rather than commit to one fixed profile. Side sleepers can arrange it alongside the body, while its stated pregnancy-support use makes it relevant for those seeking a longer cushion for rest. The 20 x 54 inch size and adjustable shredded-memory-foam blend are the key reasons to choose it for a personalized, firm-feeling body pillow.
