Missleep Cervical Neck Pillow, Dual-Height Memory Foam with Ice Silk Cover

Best use cases

A contoured memory foam shape supports the head and neck while you sleep, and a reversible design gives you two contour heights to choose from. Turn the pillow 180 degrees to switch between them. The cooling, breathable ice silk cover adds a smooth-feeling surface for nightly rest. Which height feels right can depend on how you prefer to settle into a pillow, so the two-sided design gives you a simple way to adjust the fit.

Use it for side or back sleeping, or for relaxing in bed. The butterfly-shaped contour is designed to cradle the head and neck, while slow-rebound foam adapts to their shape. The listed recommended uses are resting and sleeping, making it a practical choice for a regular bedtime setup rather than a general-purpose cushion.

Pros

Two height options make it easier to choose the contour that suits your preferred sleeping position. Instead of committing to one fixed profile, rotate the pillow to use its higher or lower side. The medium-soft memory foam provides shaped support, and its slow-rebound construction lets the surface respond gradually to pressure.

The removable cover is made from 85% nylon and 15% spandex, with a breathable, cooling feel and moisture-wicking material features. It can be machine washed, which makes routine cover care straightforward. The foam is described as breathable, and the product information lists OEKO-TEX, CertiPUR-US, and ISPA certifications.

Customer feedback often praises the neck support, comfort, and ergonomic shape. Some buyers also say the pillow has helped their sleep feel more comfortable, these are individual impressions rather than a guaranteed outcome. For shoppers comparing a fixed-contour pillow with an adjustable-style design, the reversible heights are the key difference to weigh.
