Molifal RFW04 Replacement Water Filter for GE MWF, 3-Pack

The three-filter pack gives you replacements for a compatible GE MWF-style refrigerator filter without buying filters one at a time. Molifal identifies this model as RFW04. The listing says installation requires no tools. It also describes coconut-shell activated carbon as part of the filtration media.

Benefits

This set is intended for refrigerators that use a compatible MWF-family filter, including references such as GE MWF, GWF, MWFINT, and 9991. For a household that already uses one of those filters, the three-pack provides multiple replacements in a single purchase. The listing does not state a filter lifespan or rated capacity, so the pack size alone does not indicate how often you will need to change them.

Molifal says the filters reduce chlorine, odors, heavy metals, THMs, VOCs, and other impurities, and that they can improve water taste and reduce hardness. Those are manufacturer claims, not a guarantee of identical results in every water supply. The description also identifies coconut-shell activated carbon as the raw material for its carbon media, which may matter to buyers comparing filter materials. It is not presented as a standalone water-softening system.

Key points

Each set contains three filters. The listed dimensions are 5.51 inches deep, 3.35 inches wide, and 10.04 inches high, with resin listed as the material. The product details state that it is BPA-free and certified to NSF/ANSI 372 for lead-free material compliance, that statement concerns the material compliance claim and should not be read as certification of every filtration or contaminant-reduction claim.

Compatibility is the main buying check. The listing names replacement references including MWF, GWF, MWFA, MWFINT, HDX FMG-1, and 9991, and lists refrigerator models such as GSL25JFXNLB, GSS22QFMCCC, and PSS26MGPBBB. The model list is extensive, but it is not a substitute for matching the filter reference or exact refrigerator model on your existing setup. This is a compatible spare part, not a claim that it is made by GE.

Who it’s for

This set is aimed at owners of a refrigerator that takes one of the listed compatible filter types and who want several replacements on hand. In a practical kitchen routine, a household can keep the remaining filters stored until the current one needs replacement, rather than ordering each filter separately. No replacement interval or storage instructions are provided, so follow the refrigerator’s own guidance for filter changes and handling.

A solid pick if the model or filter reference on your refrigerator matches the compatibility information and you prefer a three-pack. It’s not for you if you need a filter with a documented rated capacity or service life, neither is specified here. Buyers who prefer a refrigerator maker’s own replacement rather than a compatible alternative may also want to choose based on that preference.

Practical questions

Does the set include three filters? Yes. The product details specify three filters in the pack.

Does installation require tools? The listing describes installation as tool-free. It does not provide model-specific installation steps in the product details, so use the instructions supplied with the filter and your refrigerator.

How can I check whether it fits? Compare the filter reference or refrigerator model with the compatibility list. Examples named in the listing include GE MWF and GWF filter references and refrigerator models such as GSL25KGREBS and PZS25KSEBFSS.

When it makes sense

Choose the Molifal RFW04 when you have confirmed that your refrigerator takes a listed compatible filter and want three replacement units together. Its practical appeal is the multi-pack format, tool-free installation claim, and stated filtration benefits. If you need a documented replacement schedule, capacity, or independently specified reduction performance, those details are not provided in this listing and may be important criteria before choosing a filter.
