CHxxy CHxxy pillow Ergonomic Cervical Pillow, Memory Foam, Queen Size

For a night spent switching between side and back sleeping, this ergonomic pillow is shaped to support the head and neck in several resting positions. Its butterfly-style contour includes areas for the arms, giving sleepers a defined place to rest them beneath the pillow.

The memory foam core is designed to adapt to sleeping posture, while the contoured surface cradles the head and supports the neck’s natural curve. The Queen Size, black-and-gray design gives the pillow a clear place in a bedroom setup.

A removable foam insert lets you adjust the pillow’s height. The cover is removable and machine washable, so routine care is straightforward.

Key takeaways

The contoured, hollow-center shape is intended to cradle the head and support the neck, with a 15-degree angled surface. That ergonomic profile offers a different approach from a traditional flat bed pillow, particularly for shoppers looking for a shaped cervical pillow. Dedicated armrest areas also provide space to slide your arms beneath the pillow while resting.

The memory foam core is described as slow-rebound and changes shape with sleeping posture. Its removable lower foam piece lets you reduce the pillow’s height for a different feel. The cover can be taken off and machine washed, the product guidance recommends washing it once a month.

Buyers often highlight the neck support and say the pillow helps them feel less stiff in the morning, while others report sleeping better with it. Comfort and firmness opinions are mixed, so the most useful feature to consider is the adjustable height: removing the insert changes the pillow’s profile to better suit your preferred position.

Size & fit

This is a Queen Size pillow for adults, with a butterfly shape intended for side, back, and stomach sleepers. The contoured center and angled surface are designed to keep the head cradled while supporting the neck. For side sleeping, the armrest areas create space beneath the pillow, for back or stomach sleeping, its contour offers an alternative to a conventional flat shape.

The removable foam piece provides two height configurations. Keep it in place for the fuller profile, or take it out if you prefer less height. It makes sense if you want a contoured pillow with a simple way to change its profile rather than a standard, unshaped pillow.

Getting the most from it

Start by placing the pillow with its contoured area beneath your head, then choose the height that feels appropriate for your sleeping posture. The lower foam insert can be removed to change the height, and the armrest areas are available when you want to rest your arms beneath the pillow. Give the cover a regular wash as recommended to keep the removable outer layer fresh.

The pillow’s shape and adjustable insert make it especially relevant for shoppers comparing cervical support designs with traditional bed pillows. Buyer feedback is not uniform on firmness or comfort, but support for the neck and the cradle-like shape are frequently noted. Consider those design details alongside the sleeping position and pillow height you prefer.

Practical questions

Can I change the pillow’s height? Yes. Remove the foam piece at the bottom to reduce the pillow’s height, or leave it in place for the fuller profile.

Can the cover be washed? The cover is removable and machine washable. The care guidance recommends washing it once a month.

Which sleeping positions is it designed for? The pillow is presented for side, back, and stomach sleepers, with a contoured head-and-neck area and dedicated armrest spaces.

Should you buy it?

Choose this Queen Size cervical pillow if you want a memory foam contour, a removable insert for adjusting its height, and a washable cover. Its shaped surface and armrest areas make it a practical fit for adults seeking a pillow designed around side, back, or stomach sleeping rather than a traditional flat profile.
